    I contacted online for documents to get a passport. Entered my information but did not pay any money. Next morning received email with attached documents. Also received a phone call from number identified as scam. Looked up the company and found all negative reviews. What can I do to protect my self

    The above complaint is not accurate. 

    We have received payment from this customer, and all procedures were followed as we do with all orders. At no time did this customer contact us about the payment or her/his perceived, lack thereof. We contacted this customer by phone as a reminder for her/his documents. It was then we were told they no longer wanted the services and the payment was promptly refunded. 

    We have the transaction history and call recordings. Will not be publishing here for privacy. However available should it be needed. 

    In conclusion, this person has been refunded and we have no personal information on our systems or records apart from the record of the purchase as required.

    Contacted this service to update our passports. Complete scam! They charged us $90.00 just to download the documents. We went to the US Post Office and had our passports renewed without the extra $90.00 charge. I have asked for a full refund but they would only refund $80.00. Very poor business practice. Go to your local post office! The post office was efficient and our Passports were sent by certified mail so we could track it!
