      Per my agreement they were to notify me before their arrival. They did not so the gates were locked. The service was not completed and they refused to refund my money.

      I've had to have them respray multiple times that is the only scheduled visits they have been out to my recollection. Want the service canceled and a refund of last payment.

      I contracted with heron to treat my lawn and shrubs approximately 1 year ago. In august of 2022 I reached out to the account manager Tyler B********, regarding my declining shrubs and lawn. He stated that it would be taken care of during the next visit on 9/9/22. On 9/9/22 when the technician was there. I messaged him regarding
      the shrubs and lawn. He stated "there ain't nothing that can be done about the shrub" then he tried to state the shrubs was due to drought or someone cleaning a pool filter in that area. I stated to a supervisor at heron 1) it's not drought it had literally rained everyday for the past month in Longwood Florida. 2) there are no water connections anywhere close to that area to where a filter could be cleaned. 3) my sprinklers have been inspected and all work and there is even a sprinkler in the area where the grass was dying. I cancelled my contract with them, I requested an email confirming confirmation and haven't received one. Besides the aforementioned back story, my main concern is their dishonesty and lack of accountability. I then solicited quotes form three other vendors whom all mention that the dead grass and shrubs was due to fungus. This means eBay heron was not treating my lawns and grass like they agreed to in the contract. In fact the side yard is so bad that it doesn't appear the technician even treated it at any point this year besides the most recent visit on 9/9/22. My outcome is I want a refund on the last few services since they have not been testing my yard and taking care of issues like they should've been doing.

      We take a lot of pride in our home and lawn and willing to pay for many service to make it beautiful.

      Five months ago we hired Heron Pest Control to take care of our lawn, which at that time was in fair to good condition. The lawn had a few bad spots which Heron guaranteed it could fix. After 5 months of Heron servicing our lawn there was no growth, still bare spots and weeds were still were present. I called the mgr TJ. He came out and made promises they would fix it. TJ sent out a truck to spray chemicals on the lawn. After a month, once again, nothing changed and my lawn actually got worst. Heron states "Satisfaction Guaranteed" on their web site however they refused to honor that guarantee and refuse to give me a refund. Attached is just a few of the bad areas, there are more

      We reviewed the issues with Mr. ****** following his calls in early July. The areas in question were in drought and not being irrigated properly. We suggested significant increases to assist in the recovery of these areas. Unfortunately Mr. ****** chose to cancel our service 30 days later, long before any significant recovery could begin.

      We do however offer a satisfaction guarantee and this would fall under that guarantee. We will remove the $65 balance as of today, 10/27/2022.

      Heron Pest Control had our home on the servers for approximately 8 months for 8 months the lawn was never satisfactory they continue to say it takes longer and longer and longer I do not accept their excuse in addition management refuse to work with me I do not recommend heron and demand a full refund with payment due
