      After 2nd cataract surgery they failed to perform an accurate eye examination with proper prescription. They then made one complete new pair of progressive eyeglasses that were made incorrectly and to be made again and prescription was still wrong. They also replaced the lenses for a pair of RayBan sunglasses and prescription is wrong. They used up my Humana and **************** at the end of December 2024 in the amount of about $1200.00 and I paid another $200.00 out of pocket with **************** which was refunded. They said this was the best they could do on the prescription and the refund. I then went to LensCrafters in *************************************, had a new eye test done with modern equipment and were able to make a new pair of glasses with the correct prescription, the first time and now I can see perfectly in both eyes. They are refusing to refund the full amount of money so I can get another pair of prescription sunglasses made at LensCrafters and had to pay about $550.00 out of pocket for the progressive bifocals. This has been an ongoing issue beginning in March of 2024 and they also sent me to Neurologist ,Retina specialist and a Cat Scan at an imaging center all out of pocket and at a cost of nearly $500.00. I am seeking a refund only for the money waisted on 2 pair of eyeglasses that I can not wear.

      I set up a new patient visit for the eye doctor. I confirmed via text message only that I could attend the appointment but was unable to attend. I was charged $50 as a no show fee and billed. I called the billing office to apologize and ask that if I rescheduled and attended the new appointment, if they would waive the fee. They were unwilling to waive the fee for any reason.I have signed no agreement with them, and I do not think a text message where I replied "1" is considered a binding agreement. I have only spoken with them over the phone and have signed nothing with them.I would like the $50 fee waived and removed entirely. I have never done any business with them, and have received no service. I will not pay for receiving nothing. Thank you for any and all help.

       in response to this complaint, I have called the patient and left a voicemail that he should have never been charged the $50 fee, as it is our policy that new patients are not charged this fee.  Therefore, I have asked my billing team to remove the charge from his account.
