      Im incredibly disappointed with Florida Eye Clinic. Ive tried twice to schedule an appointment at the location right down the street from meand both times, theyve told me to go to a different office. I chose this specific location for a reason.I also gave them all of my insurance information up front, and yet I received a voicemail saying I was being scheduled as a self-pay patient. (See attached screenshot for proof.) They clearly have no grasp of their own scheduling or intake process and dont seem to value new patients at all.Its baffling how they have such great reviews on ******. Ive had nothing but confusion and wasted time. If you value clear communication and actually want to be seen at the office you choose, look elsewhere.

      1/18/25 I had Ptosis surgery with upper and lower Blepharoplasty performed by Dr. ***** ****** with the Florida Eye Clinic on November 1, 2023. The surgery performed on my left eye did not go well. Five (5) months after surgery, I still had a lot of discomfort in the left eye, including blurry vision, swelling, cannot close or open my eye completely, in the corner of the eye the skin is pulled and scarred, sensation like a specific of dirt is in my eye, eye is worn out at the end of the work day, small raised bump at the outer edge of the eye, and my eyes are now visibly asymmetrical. I had to completely stop driving at night for many months due to the blurriness and other issues I suffered to my left eye after surgery. I question whether ptosis surgery was truly necessary as I had no loss of peripheral vision and my vision before the surgery was better/clearer than it is today. I was told by Dr. ****** that this was a common procedure, obviously that is not true. Dr. ****** is not an Oculoplastic Surgeon and he is not a Plastic Surgeon who specializes in ptosis surgery. It has now been thirteen (13) months after surgery, and I am looking for a surgeon who can correct the problems that I continue to suffer in my left eye.
