    I recently used Global Resort Options to book my vacation to ******* and the process was not only easy and simple but enhanced the ability to rest. Working with Dayana from the rentals department was an utter pleasure. Her and her team handled everything for me from finding the resort and making the booking arrangements, all I had to do was show up and relax. I will definitely work with Global Resorts again in the future and look forward to my next vacation!

    Im only putting 1 star because I HAVE TO! This company is a total fraud and just want your money and nothing else. Dont fall for it. I am surprised that the state of Florida hasn't shut them down. I have called many times over the past several months and NEVER get calls back. The people on here putting positive comments are probably friends of the staff or owners. Back when we could get them on the phone, it was always the same excuse or lie. Several times they said "well we had an offer but it was too low, so we turned it down. AFTER my wife and I told them we wanted to know about all offers no matter the amount, but nope, never not a one of supposed offers. Another time they told me that our time share location was under construction, so i called them and they didn't know what I was talking about. Im now worried they have kept our money and closed the doors with no notice. Another time they were 100% caught in a lie and they refused to service our timeshare because my wife was harsh over the phone for taking up for our invested money. Florida should shut them down and force them to give back the money they took from people.

    I used global to sell my timeshare and things were about as easy as they could get.. things took a while to get off the ground but overall we're satisfied and we finally got rid of the place. Thank you!

    This company is nothing but a scam. They take your money and make excuses for not renting or selling your timeshare. We paid them almost $5000 in May 2024 with the promise that they would either rent or sell our property. I received 2 offers and they both turned out to be bogus. I have talked to Richard and Ian numerous times and have been promised an offer. It is now February 2025 and I have yet to receive anything. At this point I feel they should return our money. They have not fulfilled their obligation.

    We reject this statement since we have forwarded valid offers to the account for the rental of the ownership. The offer received in August of 2024 was not available with your home location. The offer your account received in December of 2024 was not bookable with your account since you chose to let your exchange expire. As we discussed earlier this month, your limited membership type only allows for offers of your home resort location with available dates. With that being said, we have assigned the Senior Client Liaison, **** *********, who will provide an in-depth account overview to provide further clarity.

    I have worked with other companies to try to get my timeshare not be a financial burden, however none of them were as on point as Global Resort Options. When I need an update their customer service team is just a phone call away. Im able to get all my questions answered quickly and they go they extra mile by making the process effortless and easy. I wonder why I didnt do this years ago.

    I recently spent an incredible week with my husband and daughter, and it was an unforgettable experience! The amenities were absolutely top-notch, making it the perfect family adventure. From the comfortable accommodations to the wide range of activities, everything exceeded our expectations. I wouldnt book a vacation with any company other than Global Resort Options. They delivered exactly as advertised and promised, creating a seamless and magical experience for our family.

    Working with *** has been a great choice. We bought our timeshare for our family 12 years ago and used it at first but things change and weve been stuck paying. ****** at Global has been outstanding shes patient with us and has been there every step of the way and we just completed our first offer.
