    We were quite impressed with the knowledge of Michael and Loretta during our sign up process as we were hesitant to use this business, but were appreciative of Loretta's efforts to get our first rental completed. The monetary return was not what we were expecting but understand with Covid and the rising gas prices, businesses had been slow to recover as people were not travelling. We are now in the process of listing our second rental. To date we are happy with the service provided by G.R.O.

    Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF) this company is not a scam and rented out what they put on the market for us. GRO rented two weeks for us over the fourth of July and in this inflationary time at $1,800 that was an accomplishment. Loretta was our representative and was quiet knowledgeable about the time-share rental market. She knew what time period was marketable and for a price that would sell. Every time I called I got to talk to someone not a machine or bot. I look to rent out more week in the future with them as their contract does not have a time limits.

    We were at first skeptical when Melinda explained the program but after she answered tons of questions decided to give the program a try given the unused points we had. Melinda was very patient and took time to answer all questions, very pleasant to deal with. We then dealt with Loretta for the actual booking. Rental was a bit lower for first rental but understood given the current market conditions. Since this was our first time, appreciate that Loretta took the time to explain steps and clear up any concerns. She was always so very responsive, respectful and helpful. Cheque was received very quickly; we're happy we could make some cash instead of losing our points. Can confirm that the company is definitely legit and has lived up to expectations. Thanks ladies!
