    I was transferred to this bogus company tech via a fake HP web site. Because I thought I was being directed to by a legitimate person, I allowed remote access to my computer. After paying $200 to this "HP" tech, I became suspicious. It took 3 weeks to finally get my computer scrubbed at Best Buy and changing bank account numbers and changing payment method for automatic deposits and automatic payments to numerous places, like Amazon, and after purchasing a web virus detector/virus program and Total Tech from Best Buy, I am finally$500 poorer and 1,000 times warier. Don't fall for these criminals. Sheila W

    I believe that the company is a fraud. Phone not in service,! Signed on in January, had one contact in February, now phone number given is not in service & number on webpage belongs to a different company completely. I had been dealing with a computer problem with ***** & thru them was connected to Geek Tech Care. Completely fooled thinking ***** would not put me onto a fraudulent company!!!!

    these guy are good, they got my computer right If your computer running slow give them a call and I guarantee they will get it right.
