After a year of using their service, my lawn ended up in worse condition than before. Despite my repeated complaints about the poor service, the manager, ****, refused to communicate with me or visit my property. Instead, they sent my final bill to collections! Even after months of expressing my dissatisfaction, they still decided to take that route. Working with **** was especially frustrating, as he was not pleasant or helpful at all.When I called their other office in *******, I was told there was no one else I could speak to and no email address for a corporate office. They informed me that I had to deal directly with the Fort Lauderdale office, which was no help at all.Hope the owners read their reviews across the board because they have many complaints!

1 starI have been scan for one worker that is not longer working with the company, I spoke with one of the managers lmost a month ago, since then.. I have been calling and cooling to resolve the problem but looks like they dont care. Every time I call they tell me that they Will do a Follow-Up but nothing happens. They were making me pay for extra service.My lawn is in terrible condition.Review fromLeonard K

1 starI agree totally with the Bob H. review as it is very similar to my situation. Evergreen recently burned sections of my back yard spot spraying for weeds with either over-treatment or the wrong mixture. Also, on one occasion the tech applied granules but did not cover the entire yard as viewed on my security camera. He missed sections of my backyard and did not treat a portion of my front yard. The issues with the techs keep occurring even after lodging multiple complaints. I was with Evergreen for over 10 years and never had problems until about 2 years ago. They just lost a long-time, loyal customer. I cancelled service and signed with a new company.Review fromBob H

1 starService varies from poor to good depending on the tech you get. We've had them burn up Junipers with wrong application. Our previous tech did an excellent job, they sent us a new one who we had previously. We told him about some weeds in the rear yard. We left on an errand and when we returned there was no sign that an application had been applied. Now, 2 weeks later, the weeds are still growing strong which indicates nothing was applied. Problem; they keep changing techs and this has been going on prior to Covid 19, like I previously stated , one will be good and one will not be good. I have complained to them about this previously with no satisfactory results. I cancelled them this morning.
