      i am writing to file a formal complaint against Swift Brothers *********************************************** regarding a service provided to our hotel on 8.29.23. Our hotel experienced a boiler leak, prompting us to seek repair estimates from various companies, including Swift Brothers. While other companies promptly provided detailed estimates within 48 hours of inspection, Swift Brothers' response was unsatisfactory.Despite assurances of a prompt response, Swift Brothers arrived at our property approximately 8 hours after our initial call. Upon arrival, they took pictures of the boiler leak and confirmed what we already knew - that the boiler needed replacement. However, they failed to provide us with a detailed estimate for the repair, as promised.Subsequently, we received an invoice from Swift Brothers for their visit, which we refused to pay as no actual service or detailed estimate was provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact Swift Brothers regarding this issue, we received no response until 2024.In 2024, after months of silence, Swift Brothers finally provided an estimate for the repair. This prolonged delay was unacceptable and left our business without a timely solution for our boiler issue, causing undue inconvenience and potential financial loss.We believe Swift Brothers' conduct constitutes a breach of professional standards and fairness in business dealings. We request an explanation from Swift Brothers regarding their billing practices and failure to provide the promised estimate. Furthermore, we request assurance that no further attempts will be made to collect payment for the incomplete service provided.Enclosed are copies of relevant documentation, including our initial service request, communication with Swift Brothers, and the invoice in question.We trust that the Better Business Bureau will investigate this matter thoroughly and facilitate a fair resolution between our hotel Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,*******

      I reviewed our work order for this to gather information and found the all though we did type up a estimate in our system it appears it did not reach the customer. This was a mistake on our end and i will correct the Invoice To a zero balance and re send to customer any charges will be waived.

      On 6/30/23 Swift came to fix a plumbing problem. The individual sent, who is probably not with them anymore, did not exhibit the knowledge on how fix toilet. He kept going back and forth to his truck to talk to his surpervisor to find out what to do. Then comes back saying he doesnt agree with him but has to fix it this way. I rejected his proposal. I paid him reluctantly for the call. The cost was $59. I filed a complaint with BBB and the $59 was removed from my **** card by Swift. Now 7 months later they are sending a bill for $94 ($59 plus late fee). Never before had they mentioned the money needs to be paid to them again. They removed the charge. But suddenly they decide 7 months on 1/26/2024 (mail stamp)later to send a collections note. 7 months later. Never before!!!! The service was terrible. Dangerous. I felt the work would have jeopardized the safety of my home and wife should this person do it. They removed the charge themselves after filing with BBB. Suddenly now they have decided to pursue again knowing the person was not who they should sending out on calls. He may have been new ans I recall. Again I dont think he is with them anymore. I would strongly recommend that Swift Brothers not be used. I would like to see them stop this behavior of a satisfied debt by them.

       We recently in last 6 months have started with a new collections team. Your invoice was not suppose to be pursued and i have made the adjustment in the system, Our new team was just not aware of this situation and im sorry they were calling. Also please know that this technition was terminated. Please let me know if anything further is needed

      Swift Brothers states they made a mistake and terminated the plumber. However I want a check for the money they collected which was over $100.

      To me this means nothing as they are keeping the money they admit they should not have pursued collections on

      Swift Brothers states they made a mistake and terminated the plumber. However I want a check for the money they collected which was over $100.
