    I hired We Fix Appliances to repair my ******* oven, which is 7 years old. My oven was not heating.They repaired the Temperature Sensor, $106.14; labor $255.00; Range Bake Element, $160.60;Subtotal: $521.74; Discount $84.00; Tax $15.67; Total $460.31. No other elements were repaired: Bake, Bake Convection, Roast, Broil. The regular Bake element worked for one time. Now 5/15, no elements are working. They sent 3 employees to fix the range. None of them were able to repair the oven. At the very onset of the job, they should have diagnosed that the oven would not work. I should have been told to purchase a new oven, Instead, I am into this repair for $500.00. I was told I have a 3 month warranty. When I call their phone #, my number is blocked. A message comes on that they are not available.I have been scammed by this business. I need my money back to purchase a new oven.Meadnwhile, I am without an oven. I am a woman who cooks alot. I have been scammed out of $500.00 which I need to purchase an oven. ************************ *******************com

    We have a record of all calls, messages, files and invoices of your job order and we have never blocked your calls. We could provide every proof of this if it is your wish.Since we understand the importance of good customer service we have always promptly responded to your specific requests of sending different technicians to ensure your comfort and satisfaction And also your discounts requests to help with your repair costs.We provide a warranty for our services, which is  up to 12 months (1 year ) on the parts and 90 days (3 months) on the labor. Please note this remains valid, and we are committed to honoring it.We are sorry that you are still presenting issues with your 7 year old appliance and know that our technicians worked diligently to repair it and we have never denied any service.  In which we also advised that you had electrical issues with your socket and this might keep presenting issues on the appliance if you do not contact an electrician.Its important to note that you called us back for additional repairs on other appliances, which indicated at the moment a level of trust in our services and you also gave a really good feedback on the last call we had.We appreciate your business and are committed to ensuring all your appliances are in good working order, therefore if you would like to come into an agreement, we kindly request that you call us back and we can discuss the matter further
