This review is being submitted as part of a complaint filed against ********************. If a small claims court is filed, We Fix will be named as a party in addition to AHS. This is in regard to ***** being sent to complete a repair on a GE Advantium Speedcook oven. The glass on the door shattered spontaneously during a high temperature cooking cycle (which the manufacturer documentation says is possible). When I asked the technician if a microwave leakage test is performed when door is changed, the technician argued with me about safety and left. WeFix concluded (and submitted to AHS) that the broken glass was a cosmetic issue and did not impact the function of the oven. If this were a microwave only and the embedded metal screen in the door was still intact, that diagnosis could possibly have some merit but the manufacturer states the oven should not be used with broken glass. This should have been a 'no brainer'. A previous company sent by *** said the door needed to be replaced but they did not know how to replace it and kept stalling on repair, thats why *** sent WeFix.I lobbied with *** but they stand by their contractors. They said if WeFix changed their diagnosis they would repair it. I called and spoke to manager in ***** who wile respectful, was not helpful. She said even if they wanted to change diagnosis (which they didn't) they couldn't re-open or change the case with AHS. So, after more conversation with AHS they agreed to reach out to ***** and they claim WeFix was standing by their diagnosis so the repair would not be completed.Due to the incompetence of WeFix I still have a broken appliance with no resolution. Since I did not pay WeFix directly (although they did get paid a service call by ***) I am not seeking anything. This review is simply to warn other people about using WeFix since due to their wrong diagnosis I have to continue to argue with AHS. This is for the Miami office specifically, I cannot comment on the company as a whole.

Dear Mr. ****************** you for sharing your experience. Were truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our role.
As an authorized service provider for ******************** (***), we are obligated to provide a comprehensive diagnostic report, including photographs, for every service visit. Our assessments must be honest, professional, and in accordance with industry and safety standards. When an appliance has visible physical damage, such as broken glass, it is generally categorized as unapproved for safe use per manufacturer guidelines.
In this situation, as a service provider, we are unable to alter or change our original report once it is submitted to ***. Additionally, since *** has closed this case on our end, we do not have the authority to reopen it.
We highly value the trust placed in us by both our customers and ***, and we remain committed to providing honest and reliable service.
Thank you again for your feedback.
    Best regards,
    WeFix Appliance
