    ************************** (Major Rocket LLC) sold me a counterfeit **************** suite product key (confirmed by Microsoft customer support). They have not responded to my inquiry for a legitimate replacement.

    Hi there.  We did receive an email from this customer on 4/11 @ ****** and we did respond on 4/11 @ 2:50pm.  They did reply back again at 5:56 pm on 4/11 and at 6:15pm on 4/11 we did provide them with a new product key as they requested.  This was before they submitted the review on here so this customer was already taken care of.  Please remove this review as it is not a valid one.  We have the emails that we can provide showing this as well.  There is not anywhere to attach them to this response.  Please let us know if you would like us to send them.  We are happy to.

    This is "**************************" and they work with AAA. They are a scam company used by *** to promise Gift Cards or other incentives to potential customers if they sign up to AAA. Once the customer does signup, they make redemption of the sign-on incentive nearly impossible and their customer service responds to customers very coldly, likely because they are use to dealing with customers who feel that they have been scammed by AAA and Launching Deals which is nothing new. As a "Launching Deals" and "AAA" customer, I must warn you to NEVER sign up for any ************ Its not worth being scammed.

    This is a third party for ***. I paid them the money to renew my AAA.Attempted to contact them on several occasions. *** yet to see the money reflected on my account. This company appeared to be a scam.

    I bought the **************** software from them but the key is invalid. I've attempted to contact them multiple times via email since they don't have a phone number. But they have yet to advise if they will be refunding me or providing me a valid key. I reached out to ********* to make sure and they think key is either fake or stolen. BEWARE of buying anything from Major Rocket / Launching Deals.
