      Heaven and Mathew M***** convinced me to give them all the money for the job they committed to and to date have not finished the job which was started on May 28, 2022 My name is **************** and my property Manager is *******************. When Heaven and Mathew came out on Day one, I asked them if they were licensed. Insured and bonded, Heaven said yes. I l asked if she could produce a copy of their license and insurance. Heaven said yes, she would bring it the second day they come back along with the estimated invoice. Heaven came into the house on day one and requested that I pay half now and the other half on completion. Heaven gave me the story that she was in an accident and her car was totaled, her family will not help her, they are on their own and half would help her pay for the gas and the men that are helping Mathew. On Memorial Day May 30th, 2022, they returned to start the job. A few men arrived first they were late Calton told me they are coming from Frostproof. When they arrived, they went to the back and Heaven immediately came into the house and started yelling at Elizabeth, telling her she had no right questioning her employees and being so rude. Heaven told Elizabeth she was grabbing her stuff and walking off the job. Elizabeth responded "no problem leaving our tools behind. I got very upset and wanted to give them a second chance to complete the job. Heaven said "since the guys all like you Cheryl and you are a nice grandmother we will stay. Moving on they would not talk to Elizabeth it was just me. Right after lunch (Which I purchased and fed them), Heaven took Mathew behind the truck to talk to him. Heaven after talking to Mathew came in the house and sat down and said:" You are not going to like this but here it goes, the guys want to be paid upfront or they will not come back". Elizabeth spoke up and said," Cheryl no". Elizabeth was told again they were not talking to her. I told Heaven I would give her another $1,000.00 and the remain
