      Always want checks made out to Heaven ******, cash or ******** Pay(personnel). ******** has a refund policy for a business not personnel.

      These people convince the owner of the property to give them all the money for the job they committed to and to date have not finished the job which was started on May 28, 2022 The owner's name is Cheryl ********* and I am the property manager (Elizabeth B *******) for the houses and tenants that lease three of the homes on the property. MS ********* house is the family vacation go to home that they stay in when coming to Florida. I am a personnel friend of MS Cheryl ******** and her sister.
      When Heaven and Mathew came out on Day one Ms. ********* asked them if they were licensed and we they were insured. Heaven said yes. Ms. ********* asked if she could produce a copy of their license and insurance. Heaven said yes, she would bring it the second day they come back.
      Heaven came into the house and requested that Cheryl pay half now and the other half on completion. Heaven gave Cheryl the story that she was in an accident and her car was totaled, her family will not help her, they are on their own and half would help her pay for the gas and the men that are helping Mathew.
      On Memorial Day May 30th, 2022, they returned to start the job. A few men arrived first they were late Calton told me they are coming from Frost proo. When they arrived, they went to the back and Heaven immediately came into the house and started yelling at me, telling me I have no right questioning her employees and being so rude. Heaven told me she was grabbing her stuff and walking off the job. I told her no problem leaving our tools (Mathew got Ms. ********* to buy tools for the job which he did not have).
