I had just gotten home from my daughters birthday ********** and had a bunch of stuff that needed to be taken out of my car. I backed in my car while we took everything out of the trunk and back seat because we had very heavy stuff. I have a camera in my front window. The last thing I took out of my car was at 2:25:52 PM. At 2:26:46 PM my car was towed. In less than ONE full minute my car was towed. I am aware that back in parking is not allowed in my complex, BUT it was less than 1 minute. I never break the rules. I never back in when I park my car, but I really needed to unload my car. I went back downstairs at 2:27 PM to find my car gone. I ran upstairs, grabbed my phone and checked my camera, then ran to the front of the complex to find a phone # and called them at 2:31 PM. My car was not even at the yard yet and the woman didn't even have my car on file as being picked up, that's how fast it all happened. I told her i had literally just walked up stairs. They refused to bring my car back, even though they were still driving on New ***** which is right outside of my complex. They took my car all the way to the yard anyway and then refused to give it back to my unless I paid $175. She was rude and the man at the yard was ride and disrespectful. The man lied to me right in my face saying that he had driven by twice but that was a lie, for one because I was not there long enough for him to drive around twice and still see my car there and two because I never saw him drive around at all that day when I checked my camera. No one can tell me what rules they are following. But if they're driving around, why are they not putting warnings on the cars before towing them when they've only been in the spot less than ONE minute. I left a review with my concerns on ****** and they said reach out to them directly which I have attempted to do multiple times. No response.Initial Complaint

On Tuesday, February 25, 2025, I paid $75 to a Towlando as a drop fee to release my guests vehicle, which was parked in a visitors parking spot at my apartment. A parking spot that has no time limit. However, after making the payment, I received a text message receipt that opens as Invalid Invoice ID, making it inaccessible to me. When I requested the receipt again through the original text message, I was ignored. I then called the business, and they informed me that I would have to collect the receipt in person.I went to the business as instructed, but I was told they would not provide a receipt. The staff- the same Towlando employee who received my $75 payment- insisted they were not required to give me a receipt and claimed it was not their problem. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, the business has not tried to assist me in obtaining a proper receipt for my payment. The employee who received the payment and refused to provide a receipt was contemptuous and aggressive, calling me and my guest b****** saying I dont have to give you a receipt and yes, you paid a drop fee adding I dont have to give you b****** anything he continued on saying f****** b****** and told us Im done talking. So we exited the building without a receipt of the $75 payment.I also called Towlando and spoke to a different employee who found no record of the tow or my $75 payment to Towlando in their system. I contacted leasing office who notified me Towlando did not report the tow to the apartment complex. I also attempted to pull a record of the tow through the ******* police department with the cars information and I was notified by the operator that no tow was reported to them for the vehicle. Given the circumstances and the Towlando employees failure to document the tow, or record $75 our payment, and the refusal to provide a receipt for the transaction; I expect Towlando to take responsibility and hold employee accountable for his actions.Initial Complaint

My son's car was towed in 12/24/23 at 5:56pm. There is supposed to be signage posted at entrance and exit. There was no signs posted at either. There was one small sign posted in the middle of the lot unlit which was obstructed by another car. Called the number listed************** at 625pm. No answer we called 4 more times with no answer. We called the next day 12/25/23 another 8 times . No answer . We finally got a hold of this business the following day on 12/26/23. We were given the amount due. I ask to speak to the manager who was rude. I asked for an adjustment since we were unable to retrieve the vehicle that night. I informed him I was being charged for 2 days storage and an admin fee because they refused to answer. I feel I was over charged $109.00. He aggressively informed he would not adjust the amount due. We drove the location of ***********************************************. Upon arrival we were greeted by very rude woman sitting behind a desk telling us to go outside of the door. We complied. We were approached by a man who asked what we were there for. My son told them 2015 Chrysler 200. The guy asked for the keys and my son followed him to the fences yard to retrieve the car. I was approached by the owner very aggressively and I felt threatened in his presence. He told me don't park where your not supposed to and you won't have fees to pay. I asked why he was closed and he again told me that he can do what he wants. The woman came out with a receipt to sign saying don't park where your not supposed to b**** I asked for the itemized receipt she ignores me. I asked the guy standing near the door. He told me I had it. I My son then approach the owner who came outside and said he would get it. Then a customer came for his vehicle. He told us the same story, not being able to retrieve their car because the were closed on 12/25/23 and refused to answer. This is business lacks honesty and integrity. I would like to file a complaint and get refunded.Initial Complaint

February 16/2023 I paid 1400 USD, Anthony said that he was going to charge me once the work started getting done until the end a minimum of 2 hours 400 per hour. He said the driver will arrive at 1.30 pm, the driver arrived at 2:50 pm and finish his job at 4:50 pm, that is 800, after that Anthony would answer the phone, a lady did saying he was busy and couldn't take my call and now they charge me one hour and a half extra when the driver has late, they just said the price was not negotiable and that if I didn't paid what they wanted me to pay that they would take the container away to their office while I make the payment, so I am basically forced to pay whatever they demand. I asked the lady several times to put Anthony on the phone, and she just said that he authorized the price.
