  They give you one price over the phone and then when you show up and they see that youre a woman they tell you it was a different price all along. They also neglect to tell you that its cash only, theyll let you go get cash, then when you come back theyll tell you they dont make change (original total was $120, new total was $150) they arent accredited by the BBB so that tracks. Absolute scam artists.

  SCAMMERS!!!!!! Its wild how the drivers from this company say different things. One driver says to take pictures with proof of when you parked in a 24hr parking and another driver comes out hooks your car and wont even look at the picture you have proving it wasnt there 24hrs. $75 cash only. Absolutely disgusting driver with a napoleon complex thinks hes so big and bad because he gets to come violate people and damaging cars. If you have no other skills in life outside of being a complete scumbag and the ability to push a button you would be a great fit to work for this company.

  This company is a JOKE!!! If your warranty or insurance use them, CHANGE IT!!! I have been on the side of the 417 for over 4 hours. They went to the wrong address and then refused me service when I voiced my complaint. Can't even put half a star rating. Worth about as much as a dog turd on you sidewalk!!!!!

  Damaged my car, whoever towed my vehicle didn’t do it properly and dropped it, the car was damaged upon hitting the floor and they refuse to contact me or be responsible for their actions. Luckily I have the footage however they ignore me and are rude. My car got towed at 12:30ish AM and paperwork shows it was checked in at 2:30 in the afternoon. Who is their insurance company?

  This company towed my daughters car from our driveway because it was touching grass. They didn’t realize we have cameras around our house so it recored them dropping the car 4 times causing damage to the car. When we called them the lady said “do what every you want” and hung up the phone. They are unprofessional and damage cars without a care in the world.

  This is almost the worst. My new cars suspension is messed up. I was at fault for sure parking in my friends apartment. There is lots of parking spaces but no permitted parking. But no excuse for destroying my car. You guys suck. They were also unprofessional and condescending to my friend.
