    I sent my unit for warranty repair over a year ago I paid for shipping both ways I need help finding someone to talk to I would like my unit back I need it does anyone know how to get in touch with them did they file for bankruptcy

    Corrupted on business like attitude. Theyre fake outfit rip you off they basically a bankrupt Company posing as a reputable service organization. Eight weeks ago i gave a $3600 unit to get repaired repair process takes place in *******. I have asked for updates and no one answers the phone no response to my queries and I have no idea where my $3600 unit is.

    I am very upset with this company. I have a lot of medical issues going on right now, so I don't need this stress. I purchased a portable oxygen unit and a small oxygen concentrator, I had to pay the entire price up front and than they would file a claim with ******** and ******** would reimburse me what they allowed. They were doing good up until now. I haven't received any payment since April. I called ******** and they nothing about it. So what do I do now. I've tried calling the company.
