    Verbal agreement concurred 3 times and then company reigned on what was agreed upon. My wife and I are owed and due $112.Company will not respond as in other business practices recorded in BBB complaints listed here from other customers with this company Oct 8 2023

    ************************ statements are unfounded. He never formally joined our team as he didn't sign the employee contract. After just one day of training, he expressed a desire not to continue with us. Despite this, we compensated both him and his wife for the time spent in training, issuing a mailed check for the hours invested.

    This all could have been accomplished with a simple reply to 2 text I sent to the company confirming compensation was being sent. I trained my wife on her own time as well as ***, they did their route with the van not having sufficient power in their vehicle. ***************** one hour with me not hindering completion of duties. Compensation is all we sought for services rendered. I find it ridiculous it had to go to this extent to gain satisfaction.

     ID ******** complaint I said the solution would be satisfactory if indeed I was compensated but that was 2 weeks ago and still I have not received compensation. This is unsatisfactory!
