    I rented two scooters for me and a friend while in mertle beach SC to go get dinner. We are pilots and travel all over and use scooters all the time. There are always green areas you can leave the scooters. We got to the restaurant and it wouldnt let us leave the scooter. We opened the app and it said leave it in the green area or at a resort. We saw cameras on the map that to us looked like parking areas and again after 20 min couldnt find a place to park them. We were starving from working all day and all it would do is allow us to pause the ride. We did and then returned to the hotel and closed the ride only to find I had been charged a $100! No where on the app did it say can only be returned where it was rented from. All other scooter companies allow you to park in green zones like we saw on the map and leave them but not this place. I reached out to the company and they told me its says it on the app which it didnt or we would have taken the $10 Uber ride. They offered a $20 credit on my app and I told them I have never been to SC before and no plans of returning there in the future and would like a 75% refund to make the cost comparable to all the other scooters I have rented in the past and they stopped responding. There is no phone number to call so I cant even discuss the matter further.
