  They are horrible. Front desk told us we can cancel anytime but when we went to cancel all of a sudden we needed to put in 30 day notice. Classes are usually full so you cant sign up the same day but if you sign up earlier and your plans change then there is a $12 fee to cancel the call. We told them a soon into our second month that we wanna cancel but oh we ll be charged for the 3rd month because they need 30 day notice now. Its just a scam nothing more. Very ****** business, greedy managers who are there just to mint money from peoples situations.

  Horrible customer service. Liars. They never told me I needed 30 days to cancel but I gave it to them anyways. The manager told me I could downgrade my membership but when I called to do that she never returned my call and when I finally got a hold of the assistant manager he told me I couldnt do that without paying for another month. No regard for customer service they are horrible at informing they are not good on their promises they are not good on calling people back and they are not good dealing with any conflict resolution highly recommend staying clear of their billing and practices

  I have been with OTF since 2019. I have gone to ******* yards for a little over a years now. Yesterday, they cancelled my class without any communication to me, when I asked why I was given an attitude by their front desk staff. I emailed the studio manager with no response. Im very very disappointed with this experience and their lack of professionalism.

  I had the unfortunate experience of being excluded from a group workout after being a few minutes late. As a longtime member and a Black woman, I was left to exercise on my own while ALL other members were assigned a team. This kind of exclusion is not representative of an inclusive business. ALL paying members should get access to the same privileges during a workout. I was shocked and saddened that this would even happen, especially in the times we live in.After reporting the incident to the front desk and then calling to report it and freeze my account, I was never contacted by anyone from Orange Theory. As a matter of fact, after asking for my account to be frozen, I was still charged at the beginning of the month. This is so disheartening for such a business to tray their members this way.

  Orange theory homestead is the worse location that you can show up to. They promote join any studio but once you start in one studio and another studio is the actual location that you attend they start wanting a card on file. So I show up today and left my wallet at home and ****** tells me that they need a credit card on file after my membership amount came out of my bank acct 3 days ago. I asked her about giving it to her after class and she insisted before class so I had to go home and come back. Once I was back, the class had gone on for 20min, I asked the receptionist for me to join the class and She spoke to ****** their head coach and of course they refused me. They obviously dislike members assigned to other studios and make your life miserable. All of the employees cover each other and customer is NEVER right. They just wasted an hour of my time! ****** was very confident about her not getting in trouble of her lack of customer service with the manager.

  Orange Fitness Theory is a SCAM. Skyler (employee at **********, ** studio) rushed ** into a month contract. It was June 30th and after EOD, studio was closing, and it was last day to sign-up for free month. Scam begins from here, Skyler never told us, cancelation must be done same day, it was already EOD. And his words were, "you have 3 days to cancel, it will be like nothing happened", so he starts to rush us through the contract. We fell for the trap. So we go there on July 3rd, we did not use heart rate monitor (which is mandatory to buy, $127, easy scammed money for free month trail), they told us, it was 4th day, so we cannot cancel the contract. This is how they TRICK people, 3 days includes the day you sign the contract, did I mentioned we signed contract at EOD. And SCAM continues, PLEASE READ THIS, Cancellation includes a month in advance, so even if you cancel very next day after signing contract, you have to pay for 2 months (month in advance). This is the worst business practice and has never been shared with us. They never disclosed this important information. Skyler is a scammer. Please avoid OFT. They call you so many times to come to studio but got back to me after so many phone calls.
