On 6/10/24, I ordered from Grill Rescue. I spent a total of $64.90 on a brush set that included a grill grate brush head and handle, hook, and dunk tank, as well as a gift box. I also paid $5 extra for expedited shipping. I ordered this as a Fathers Day gift that was not received until almost a month later. The company did refund the $5 expedited shipping. The company admitted to not having the stock necessary to fulfilling the orders that came in because of Fathers Day. What I eventually received from the company included the gift box that they used as the shipping box so it wasnt actually something I could use for gifting. I did not receive the dunk tank. I have asked the company multiple times about the missing dunk tank and have not received a response. I have requested a refund and no response. I am willing to send back what I received but again havent received a response. This company seems to be ill equipped to actually handle orders for products on their website. Purchased a special package of grill brush, scraper head and dunk bucket along with 2 additional brush heads as a gift. My son received this on Monday July 8th and was missing the dunk tank. I have emailed them, took until the next day to answer and they wanted pictures of what he received along with wrapper . As this was a gift he did not know he had not received everything I ordered. I sent them the picture of what he received but also said wrapping had been discarded. Have not heard anything back since then despite additional emails and voice messages left. I want what I paid for but there is no way to reach them!!!! This was online, they do not list a physical address. No one ever answers the phone. I am rejecting this response because: I did receive the package after much frustration and emails that went unanswered. I don't know if you were aware, but this was part of a package that I bought around the 4th of July and it was a gift for someone in ********. It was missing the dunk tank, which you did finally send out, however you sent it to me, not to the original gift address. So now I have spent $10 shipping it to them in ********. Needless to say I am not happy with your services. Your products are excellent, but the customer experience is poor.

I placed an order on May 31 for a grill handle and two "brush heads," in a gift box. The total with shipping was $41.64. I received a tracking number and the package was supposed to be delivered on or around June 8. The tracking shows that the package was returned, damaged to the sender. There is no record after that, but the "expected delivery date" updates every day to whatever the next day is. However, I have contacted *** and they have no record of it beyond June 7, when it was returned to the sender. It's now July 14 and still no package. I have reached out to the company multiple times (more than a dozen) and I keep getting the same general email response. I have never received a new tricking number, so I suspect they have not reshipped my order. I have requested they either reship my order or issue a full refund. Again, I get the same basic ("we've received your message and we'll get back to you") email. I have also called the customer service number, but there is no one available to answer the phone. I placed an order on July 8, 2024 for the bundled grill brush w/scraper, dunk tank for $61.63 and received an email order confirmation.On July 12, 2024 I still had not received an email with shipping information. When I tried to get a status update by tracking my order on the website, after entering my order number, the response I get is - Cannot Find Order.I tried calling the company and cannot talk to anyone as the message says that they have limited staff and to use their support email at ******************************** The website says that their email response speed is 1 -2 hours Monday-Sunday between 7am-11pm EST. The only response I have received (I've sent 2 emails), says that the message has been received and is being reviewed by support staff but there has been no communication as to the status of my order nor why my order CANNOT BE FOUND. On June 28th I ordered the double up grill brush pack, 1 Hanger and 2 dunk tanks. On July 6th the package was delivered but was missing the 2 dunk tanks so I immediately emailed their support team and was told to respond to the email with a picture of the received items, which I did. I have since sent several follow up emails that have been returned o July 8th and July 9th stating that their inbox is full. I ordered two grill brush heads and two dunk tanks on 6/9/2024. It did take a long time for the items to ship so I did email them to ask for a status and they did respond very quickly and inform me that they had received way more orders than anticipated and they were working on fulfilling the requests and hiring more people. This was a great response. I finally did receive confirmation of shipping but the issue starts once I received the package. I finally received the package on July 2 2024 but it was only the two grill brush heads and NO dunk tanks. I immediately emailed them again to ask about this but I did not hear a response for two days and I for a message saying that my email was not delivered. I tried to call them many times but their system has a message saying that they won't take any calls right now and asking everyone to email. I sent them a message on their online system and waiting again. I finally received a response from ****** on July 10th asking for pictures of the items and packaging. I have tried to email them a dozen times since then with pictures and without pictures and I am just getting bounced back emails saying that my emails are not going to be delivered because their mailbox is full. I have tried calling a dozen times and they don't take any calls. I have also sent them another message through their portal but have not heard from anyone. Ordered on 6/9/2024. Finally received shipment on 7/8/24 to find the dunk tank was not included in shipment. I received the two brushes with replacement heads three weeks later on 7/5/24 after having to reach out for an update as shipping was sold to be 5-7 business days. On 6/26 we placed an order with Grill Rescue for 2 items, a dunk tank and a brush hanger. The total purchase price was $29.90, with shipping and tax it came to $40.16. On 7/8 we received the hanger but not the dunk tank, however the information on the confirmation email from the company said the order was delivered. We never received the dunk tank. Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The contact us phone number on their website has a recorded message saying they cant answer the phone and you should email them, however emails sent to the email address they provide, ********************************* get returned as undeliverable saying the mailbox is full.
