    I ordered the bundle on June *******. A gift for my retired firefighter husbands birthday. It is now ******** ! Still havent received it! Very hard to talk/ communicate with someone. After many emails- I did receive a response. I was told that an item was on back order. I was told the package will come the next week! Not! Still waiting.

    Theyre a total SCAM!!! I Never received my products but was charged in full. They responded to only 1 email and said they were out of stock and would send it when it became available. I told them that was unacceptable and I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They stopped responding after that. I had to contact my credit card to submit a dispute. This has been a total waste of time. I wish I would have done my research before placing my order. I usually do, but not this time. Theyre a total scam!!!

    I ordered a package over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Their customer service phone number encourages you to leave an email. I have emailed them 5 times with a stated response time of 1-2 hours. Have heard nothing! DO NOT order anything from this company. They take your money and send you nothing!!!

    I placed my order on June 15. Money from my acct came out by the next morning. As of this writing my order has STILL not shipped. Have been told several different times when it would be shipping, to no avail. I finally asked for a refund, as the product had not shipped. Should be pretty easy! I have not been ghosted, as no one will reply to my inquiries. This company is clearly a ******. You can’t each anyone by phone. Have to rely on email. Customer service is clearly a JOKE! I ordered this as a birthday gift which is now past. I don’t even want it anymore! And they refuse to just give me a refund which I have asked for several times … even though they have not even SHIPPED the product yet!
    Steer clear of this company!!

    Yup I placed an order on 6/15/2025 and they dont respond at all via email or chats. Going to call **** to dispute. Not a great company.!

    I ordered 6/12/25 a gift for my husband for Father's Day (website indicated it would arrive in time). I received confirmation for my order via text with an order # and my credit card was charged. When the gift did not arrive in time for Father's Day, I got on their website to look up my order. That order # didn't exist! On 6/18/25 I emailed the company since I had never heard from them other than the text and I was concerned that this was a scam. I explained that my order # didn't exist on their website and I had not received any communication or my product. I did ask for a refund and to cancel. On 6/19 I was told a back stocked item was now in and it would be shipped immediately. 6/24 I emailed again, asked for refund again. 6/25 they responded with the same thing about same item just now being restocked and my order would ship. 6/25 I again asked to cancel order and for a refund, no response back. Tracking info (which they never sent (showed through original text on 6/12) showed product had never moved! 6/27/25 I once again asked for cancellation/refund with no response back. If this company responds to a concern it is to give the same response about an item out of stocked that just arrived in and they would immediately ship. All requests for cancellation and refund are ignored. This company certainly lacks integrity, they keep telling the same lies over and over!

    I REALLY tried to give them the benefit of the doubt regardless of the reviews, they helped me pick out a brush for my dad for Fathers Day via DM and communicated very well at that point, then I ordered and after a week I messaged them again to see what the hold up was because I didnt even have a confirmation I ordered, was told that the dunk bucket was not in stock and it would ship by the end of the week, Friday comes around and it FINALLY shipped 2 weeks later after the initial order (okay whatever). But now here we are on the day my package is suppose to be delivered via their website and I called *** and they dont even have my package at all to ship, they said they created the label for it but theres no package in their procession after a almost a week of creating a label THERES NO PACKAGE? I paid $10 for shipping and its 3 weeks later and no package?!?!? And now no response and NO REFUND.

    I have reached out several times since my purchase on 5/7/25, as I ordered the product as a gift. I have been unable to to get an update, status or tracking on my order - but the company has charged me in full. I have attempted to email several times, called and tried chat (doesn't work on the website) to inquire on my order. I can't even reach someone to cancel the order. Their website advertises support within minutes, however this is not the case. You cannot reach anyone or get a response. I'm leaving a review here in hopes to stimulate a speedy response. If I do not hear back within 24 hours I will be disputing the charge with my financial institution. If you want to charge me for a service/product before delivering said goods, then you should be prepared and equipped to handle customer service related issues and inquiries. You are not, and therefore shouldn't be charging anyone until you can produce order, shipping/tracking information. For those trying to support a small business, and a company that touts charitable involvement - you sure make it difficult.
