      HairClub continued to charge me for hair never received and deceived me into additional add-on kits. From December 2022 to July 2023, HairClub I wore the same hair pieces that were incorrect, just washed and re-colored, as well as hair from other centers across the country. Even after I upgraded my package, I wore the old package hair as the new package hair was never ordered.Please see supporting document for whole report.

As a company we were made to understand how the complainant's HairClub journey could've been more ideal. We were pleased to hear that the significant refund package offered was accepted. A refund and release agreement was sent on 18 July, 2023. Once signed and returned, the refund will be processed immediately. As a company, we reiterate our collective desire to earn the complainant's trust and business back into our fold.       458 / ***** Translation results Translation result Yes, my complaint is that I paid too much money for a treatment that according to the hair club salon gave very good results but the treatments they gave me caused a burning and itching reaction on my scalp and increased my hair loss when I made the claim they told me it was normal the fall and they changed some of the products but I continued with the same problem. I paid for a treatment that was worse than it was and I need an answer

      I tried to buy extensions and they had me fill out paperwork for a loan for minoxidil I stated several times I' did not want. She gave me a price and I asked about the extensions and she said oh we will add that at a other time I thought weird but she should know whst she is doing I questioned her so she gave me an extra 10 percent off. I asked several times if this was for the extensions and she added another 10 percent off. I told her I didn't know what it was she had me sign up for but I didn't need minoxidil for hair grow. She stated it was fine that she would refund me the loan I stated the processing fee as well and she said she had no problem she tolde to return the items and I would get a refund they are charging me over ***** dollars for nothing I have no product no extensions and no refumd I disputed it with bank. The whole time she was making my sale she was talking on teams to stone inanagement *** he kept telling her to just get me to sign the papers I told her I was just. Tallyark on a sales sheet for them. She knew what she was doing. I'm a single mother of 3 worki.g 2 jobs and paying my way through school all I wanted was longer bangs to do something nice for myself and ***** dollars later I'm empty handed nd she is saying I owe more.

      We were saddened to hear about the sales and service complaints from the complainant. As a company we strive to ensure all of our customers and members enjoy the highest standards of service and experience for their hair care needs. In lieu of this we offered a refund for services unused. Based on the complaint, the additional issue raised is the desire for a refund laser and spa device. Unfortunately, the ********** of ****** and ***** Services bars returns for medical/spa devices unless they are found to be in disrepair, recalled, or ordered in error. In addition, the complainant signed the contract addendum which prohibits the same. See attached. We are still wholly willing to refund any additional monies paid or financed. We sent a refund and release agreement which hasn't been returned to us. Once the agreement is signed and returned, we will process the refund post haste. Summarily, we consider the matter closed until such time as the release is returned to us and we can process the refund accordingly. Finally, we, without question, would've preferred to continue our business relationship with the claimant but it appears the claimant will not continue with us. We certainly with the complainant best wishes in finding their preferred provider with their hair care needs.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I talked to the girl and she specifically tolde to take the laser cap *** massager back. I had no idea what was even in the bag. I ordered extensions *** she tricked me I to buying this *** said the extensioms she would knock off 30 percent. I did not order these products she requested them back so I took them back. She all of a sudden said I mis spoke you can't get a refumd for them so which ome is it. She told.me she would refund the entirely and to bring them back and then she changed her mind after I took them back .in writing.

We agree to refund the purchase 100% if the complainant returns any and all products (including the spa device), unused and unopened, to the center. Once those are received, we will initiate the full refund as requested.       the sale person gave me 2 additional salon visits and on hair unit because previous unit unit sheeded badly when i tried to take advantage of what the sales person promise me the store manager denied me the services and regional manger got mad and took away from me what the store manager and salesperson promised me the want me to pay finance company for 12 months 280 @ month and receive no service

      We were saddened to hear about ************************ displeasure. We were also made aware of ************************ demeaning behavior while being assisted by our corporate staff. Nevertheless, in reviewing the agreement signed by ********************, HairClub provided more than our contractual obligation by supplying more salon visits than the program contained. The complaint filed with our ********* center as well as the ********** team centered upon ************************ agreement to finance a six month program with eighteen monthly installments. It's unfortunate ******************** chose to finance terms longer than the life of the program he purchased, but we contend we satisfied our end of the obligation and consider the matter closed. We wholeheartedly and collectively wish ******************** finds the right solution for his haircare needs. Documents attached.

      I have been a customer of ********* for almost 20 years. I have always been so thankful for the customer care I was given, however, within the past few years, the customer care has been absolutely unprofessional. I was charged incorrectly countless times, and the only resolution was to just send me home with extra hair products instead of simply giving me my money back. In Jan, I was given a hair unit that WAS NOT MINE! I was told they would put in the correct order immediately. After calling 5 months later, I came to find out that the order was never placed. I asked to receive my money back and I have heard ZERO response. This is wildly unacceptable and I am not sure who to speak to at this point.

      I'm being charged 390 a month for the last 10 months never got my hairpiece ******* office supervisor ***** refuses to give me a refund I disputed the charges and it got charged back and she's indicating that they owe me last months but still have not received any refunds from them

      On Jan. 17, 2023, ********* charged me $624.90, a deposit to order hair extensions. The total price for their services was $6000. The same day I was sent home with hair products, basically just a ********************** About 2-3 weeks later I had an appointment to come in for extensions, I thought, instead I was given an EXT treatment that I didn't ask for. I was sent home with more products, after which I used once & my hair started falling out. I canceled my contract & requested my money back, stating that they had done harm & emotional anguish. I also called the bank they use to finance the subscriptions & told them that the contract was cancelled. However, the bank continued to charge me. I have called numerous times to get my money back & get told the same thing every time, that it will take **** days...that's been 3 months ago.

      I've been a ********* member for 21 years. Over the past 3 years, the quality of ********* systems and their customer service has gone steadily downhill. I had two systems applied that were not mine and were made to fit because I had no systems of my own available. One of those systems shed most of its hair within two weeks. I should have been comped for anew system but was not. Membership agreements reached with the previous franchise owner were not honored and members received no communication regarding this change. I had numerous discussions with management & support staff who originally said these issues were being addressed and everything was OK, only to later deny that discussions ever took place. In December 2022, I asked for a service on December 27, and referenced my agreement with the previous franchise owner. I was told that my account was fixed through the end of April. I have only had five appointments since early December (three for hairline).My last visit was March 9 when I asked for a service appointment on 3/16. I was informed that my next appointment was March 23rd, but that appointment would change due to lack of staff. When I asked if there was a date when I could come in for a service, I was told that I had no services left and that if I wanted a service, there was a lengthy waiting list of 250 clients" for such an appointment. Since being told that I had no services available on my plan, which was due to end on April 30 and that a future appointment was unlikely, I was upset & asked to end my relationship with *********. I was told to provide a letter, which I did. in the letter, I asked that payments from my account to end since ********* failed to deliver what was promised under my contract. Yet, Aprils monthly charge was withdrawn from my account. I am requesting the return of April's $456 payment and that ********* cease & desist withdrawing payments.further withdrawals from my account.

      I made a 500 dollar down Payment on the **** I was asked to pay in order too receive any first (unit) and I was promised that it would be just like the pictures I sent! I waited three full weeks only too be upset when walking out because they did a horrible job! I tried too explain my discomfort and told them I wanted too opt out of the program and needed my 500 dollars back and Ive been given the run around ever since. Their call centers are rigged and dont help or respond and ***** the head guy at Hairclub in ********* ******** has also done very poorly at resolving this issue! Its been over a month of me complaining and asking for my money back and nothing has been done I even contacted the loan services company they use / provided and they seem too be siding with the company itself ! Im not receiving products from them nor have I been and Ive been asked too still pay the remaining balance as well as Ive not been given my hard earned money back! This company is horrible and would never recommend investing youre money in it! They will take youre money regardless if youre satisfied or not! Im a moving company owner as well and this is highly unacceptable !

      We've reviewed your membership and usage of benefits. We've also communicated with the stylists and staff in *********. We've determined the services rendered actually surpassed our contractual obligation as we replaced the initial head of hair to with the second one we understand you were pleased with. Ultimately the lending company used to ****************," declined the refund request because the services were rendered. We conclude a refund would be due if we either didn't provide our customary phenomenal service, or if we didn't provide a customizable head of hair (which we replaced at our cost), however we did provide such in good faith. For the reasons above, we cannot substantiate the request for a refund from Choice and consider the matter closed. Finally, we're saddened we could not continue our endeavors to be your hair care provider and wish you the best of luck finding the right solution for your hair needs.

      ********************* was promised too look like a model upon walking out and the whole process was a mess I never said I was satisfied , I had too go too a whole different place too get my hair cut with the unit simply Because the ****** placed too do it told me in person he wasnt comfortable with the type of burst fade I asked for. This company has beat around the **** entirely and has refused too give me my money ?? back . I dont want too try anything else I want my money back and this was all a big mistake . Again this company is not for minorities what so ever . Not only was I embarrassed but I lost out on my hard earned money.

      On 2/4/2023 I executed a contract for (******) for a $500 down payment, and on 2/7/2023 I notified the business I no longer wished to buy their hair service as I got a hair transplant instead. This 3 day time-frame is WITHIN their refund policy. Yet they've refused to refund my charge to my credit card.
