      God help ANYONE who needs to deal with ***************** to obtain a return shipping label for an incorrect product received. I have spent over 20 hours on the phone and just as many being put on hold. They all keep telling me to be patient to receive a simple email. **************** at ******** are not trained nor do they have access to send a very long overdue email. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PLACE AN ORDER WITH VITACOST!!!!

      Do not order for Vitacost. They took my order precharged credit card then requested more information to validate order then I heard nothing, but they cancelled my order. From other reviews I learned they are collecting my personal information as part of a scam and never intend to fulfill orders. Be careful, deals are too good to be true. Was of time.

      I started ordering a few months ago, and decided to try their subscription services for some of my supplements. This last time, I got charged $50 for shipping for one bottle of supplements. I tried to call them to stop the order when I was first notified that it was being fulfilled. They told me they could not cancel the order. I argued that they did not notify customers of the shipping change. Still nothing. No help. Will not be ordering from here again.

      I have been ordering from this company for many years. This order placed on 2/25/2025 was finally delivered on 3/19/2025 after going all over the **** when I am 2 states away from the location it was shipped from. I requested a refund, due to my having to re-order from a different company. When I called, 3 different people from 3/13, 3/17, and 3/20 told me that a refund was coming. All 3 told me that the previous request was cancelled, but they were re-submitting. This last call she told me a ref# for the refund, and stated they will give me an email return authorization, since I was forced to order those items from a different company. I, at this point do not believe them. They have now lied to me two times prior, and I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor. I was left on hold 3 different times while she said she was requesting a supervisor for me to talk to, then told me that they refused the request! They still owe me $61.38 for this order. I am awaiting a return label for the delivery that came 3 weeks late and I do not believe anything they are telling me at this point.

      Order # ******** I placed my order on Dec 1/24 and received my package on Dec 6/24. I live in ****** and purchased bulk supplements for my parents. I bought 4 bottles of Centrum Silver 50+, 2 for my mom and 2 for my dad. All 4 bottles are expiring on Oct 10/25. I'm so disappointed about the short expiration dates. My parents won't be able to use up all the bottles before they expire. I just checked their Returns and Refunds policy and they will not accept any returns or refunds for supplements that are over 90 day supply. This is probably my 4th time ordering bulk from ******** and never had any issues with expiration dates. I'm disappointed about my latest experience. I'll think twice now about ordering from them. They recommend you check in with them about expiration dates if ordering supplies that are over 90 days. I also recently ordered from ********************* and got products with expiration dates of 2028. What a crazy difference. ******** sells a lot of things though that ********************* does not. I just want to warn ?? to please check with ******** first about expiration dates if ordering supplements in bulk. But it's crazy they will sell supplements with less than 1 year of expiration dates.

      ******************. Never order from here again. Item missing from order. Their customer service does not exist. Phone number listed will not connect to any person. Online chat does not work. Website prevented me from submitting a refund for missing item. Terrible.0 Stars. Contacted ****** since they are parent company. Waiting to hear.

      What a shitshow! The chat does not work. Emails to customer service do not work. No one answers the phone for customer service. My order was not delivered to me as instructed and whomever packed my order is a complete dei hire moron. A gigantic box for a dozen small items, one of them breakable glass that was not wrapped at all. everything was just thrown into a gigantic box and rolling around in there for days and only to be misdelivered to an amz locker.

      Does ******** even have a customer service ***** Their online chat doesn't answer anything and I tried to call but I'm 18 minutes into the call and no one picks up there either. I ordered on Monday and received an initial email with my order number, but when I go onto their service page and enter my order number and email address, it says its unable to locate my order.

      I have been a ******** customer for over 10 years. Unfortunately, over the past 2- 3 years ******** order fulfillment, communications, and support have drastically declined. They give false information and customer service **** promise a supervisor will call back... they won't. If using a PROMO CODE in your cart, DO NOT EXPECT TO GET DISCOUNTED AUTOSHIP PRODUCT PRICES WHEN YOU CHECKOUT... I was informed by customer service that you cannot use PROMO CODES and get AUTOSHIP discount. Time to use a different vendor. Totally bogus.

      My last order at ******** was missing two items. I sent a message to the company within minutes of getting my order. Two more messages were sent to the company, but all have been ignored. I will never shop there again as this is not the first time I have had this issue.
