      My last order at ******** was missing two items. I sent a message to the company within minutes of getting my order. Two more messages were sent to the company, but all have been ignored. I will never shop there again as this is not the first time I have had this issue.

      I discovered this company during the pandemic and they were fantastic. But now, they are so cheap they always ship the items in the smallest box possible, which damages the items inside 99 percent of the time. I will give them credit for either refunding or replacing the items for me whenever they have been damaged. But what happened to just doing the job right the first time so that no one has to waste their time with a replacement or refund request? I know they won't change anything as a result of this review. It's all about how much money THEY are saving, and don't care if the customer has to spend time requesting a replacement, and they are probably even happier if the customer just lives with the damaged item so they don't have to spend the money to ship the customer a replacement or give them a refund. But hopefully consumers can know that it's a gamble whether or not not your items will arrive in one piece.

      ******** company now! Will never trust thus company again and **** even order ever again. They delivered shipments at vacant house on wrong street. This time they divided the order into two shipments. Both boxes arrived very late, and had all products damaged in the boxes. I immediately contacted the customer service team and it took seven emails to get an answer about my request for a refund. No help at all. I wasted time, money and patience with Vitacost, so i will no longer trust them at all.

      Absolutely horrible customer service and they discriminate without explanations. I had issues with an order of items being damaged and had to go through my bank to dispute because they refused to refund on their error. Finally was refunded. Other members now of my family have been brand new users and ******** cancels their orders without notification of the order getting canceled. I used this company for 14 years and since they got bought out it seems their customer service has gone to the pot.

      Definitely dont order from there. Placed order on August 26. Got email. But I was wondering why I didnt got shipment yet. When I checked with online chat they said oh its cancelled and I asked why I was not notified. Answer we usually dont send notification/ email . So you are suppose to just wait . Wastage of time

      *******. They sent me cans of beans instead of the facewash I ordered, and would not refund shipping. I paid $21.90 and only received $12.91 as a refund. The customer service said they "can't refund shipping," even though there was no option to replace my order for free and even though it was completely their error. So I paid $9 for two cans of beans I could've bought for $2, but I wouldn't have bought because I didn't want the beans! Never shopping there again.

      Crappy customer service. I spent a good deal of time putting together an order but then needed to know what shipping method they would use. I contacted their chat twice and read through their shipping policy which is vague. The chat representatives were NOT helpful. I have the package weight, the order total and my zip but you dont have a clue if your shipping **** or ****** I have a P.O. Box I had to reluctantly use for the shipping but Ill never order from vitacost again! No way to email them and their chat reps are useless robots! I hate **** and wanted it shipped ***** but depending on the shipper is what determines what address I use since I live off grid. Next time Ill go to IHERB they use *** up here.

      Having used Vitacost for over 10 years as well as having referred numerous others to Vitacost, Vitacost order fulfillment, communications and support have substantially declined over the past 2- 3 years alone.Most recently, an overcharge of $0.28 (28 cents) on a small order (compared to previous much larger orders) was made by Vitacost. Printed receipts, email confirmations and more all reflected and confirmed the original credit card charge, later adjusted higher by Vitacost AFTER those Vitacost receipts were generated and saved. Vitacost contends those receipts are not confirmations! The costs are itemized on the RECEIPTS adding up to the lower amount, prior to Vitacost arbitrarily changing the order to a higher amount.Sure this is only "cents" ($0.28 or 28 cents) but according to ********'s new S.O.P., T&Cs, Vitacost could then, hypothetically, charge $400 for a $200 at their discretion since apparently Vitacost does not acknowledge receipts generated by their OP system. Trust means a great, a HUGE deal to consumers especially in this increasing e-commerce retail society. Since Vitacost can no longer be trusted to comply with their own printed orders, we'll just pay the slightly higher costs of shopping a huge selection of stores in this area (healthful food/"healthfood" stores, grocery stores with high quality products, etc).As others have commented here and elsewhere, don't expect customer satisfaction from Vitacost should THEY cause an error.

      Received a shipment that was short one item. Called customer service who informed me that I was wrong that they had the invoice to prove it. When i originally got an estimate on the order there was two B12 and then they sent me a 20% off coupon but only sent me one B12. I got no satisfaction from the customer service person. Very dissatisfied with the company the way I was treated,

      I am a massage therapist, and I tried to order some oils for my practice. I received a purchase confirmation and a couple days later, a shipping confirmation. I was supposed to receive my items on Monday, however I am aware that there can be shipping delays. Today is Thursday and I decided to look up the tracking to see why I haven't received my package yet. They erased the transaction from my account and it I am no longer able to check the tracking or have any interaction with my account regarding my purchase. I checked my credit card statement and although they erased my order, they kept the money. I tried twice to open a chat on their website and both times, the chat was ended before any interaction was made. So not only did they cancel my order and keep the money, but they won't even communicate with me about it. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will never be ordering from this business again. I do not order from companies that try to steal from me.
