    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a formal complaint against Wealthery regarding an unpaid balance of $444.05, which has been outstanding for over a year. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, including multiple email correspondences with Wealtherys CEO, ****** **********, and the submission of documented support tickets through their system, I have yet to receive the amount owed.I have made repeated efforts to contact Wealthery and resolve this issue, but my attempts have been met with delays and unfulfilled assurances. The companys failure to meet its financial obligations is unacceptable and raises concerns about its business practices.I am seeking the BBBs assistance in resolving this matter. I can provide documentation of my support tickets and email correspondence as evidence of my attempts to collect the payment. Please let me know if any additional information is required.I appreciate your time and any support you can provide in addressing this issue.

    I bought a course to learn how to become a part of the Amazon Influencer Program through Wealthery on (or about) 3/15/24. Part of what I purchased included access to a ******** support group. Additionally the course also comes with the ability to become an affiliate for the course and earn 70% commission off each sale. In fact, the course is marketed as the ability to learn 'two additional streams of income' referring to both the Amazon Program and the affiliate opportunity.I had a dispute with Wealthery over another, separate product they sold me but did not deliver. After that dispute with them they blocked me from the ******** group for this course. I also never received my commission payout for the affiliate sale I had generated. I had submitted a ticket with a concern that the reporting in the affiliate dashboard was incorrect. Support acknowledged that I had created the sale and told me the commission not showing up was an error that would be fixed before the payout date. That error was never fixed and I never received my payment.I was then told by the owner of the company, *********************************, that I would receive the money owed to me on the next payout date. I did not. I've submitted follow up tickets, but they've gone unanswered for weeks now. This is not what I agreed to buying, they are not delivering what they agreed to sell me, and this is completely unethical. They are stealing money they admitted they owed me and now they're blocking me.

    ********************************* and his Wealthery company are a SCAM. I just now realized I am not the only person who has already reported him to the BBB! Someone else reported him to the BBB in November 2023. ****** convinced me to purchase his Wealthery Mastermind digital course back in September 2023. It cost a whopping $3,000. I purchased the entire $3,000 course through AFFIRM. BIG MISTAKE!!! FYI: This is the first part of ******* business model (aka scam) Having you pay him through Affirm! When you use Affirm, ****** immediately gives ****** the entire $3,000 upfront and then you (the consumer) have to pay back Affirm. This allows ****** to get ALL YOUR MONEY UPFRONT. Then, once you figure out ****** and his digital product is a scam TOO BAD! ****** already has all your money and good luck getting your loan erased with Affirm! Affirm does NOT even allow you to speak to a human either!Not only did I purchase a scam digital product, I was told by ****** that I would be given LIFETIME ACCESS to it in his portal. NOPE! Once I called out ****** on his scam and false promises, he locked me out of the portal! Now I not only purchased a scam digital product, I do not even have access to it!! I opened a dispute with Affirm but Affirm is impossible to communicate with You cannot speak to a human. Affirm sent my overdue loan to credit bureaus and a collection agency. Now, for the first time in my entire life, my credit has been affected. I had Experian (one of the credit bureaus) reach out to Affirm on my behalf to get Affirm to remove the fraudulent charges but Affirm will not do it.PS: After doing some digging online on ************************ past business ventures, you will see he has a history of closing down websites and re-launching them under another name. This seems to be his modus operandi and his way of continuing to get away with this scam.

    I am not surprised you were unable to reach ********************************* at Wealthery, LLC. He is a SCAM artist. Upon submitting this complaint to you, the BBB, I asked to have the debt removed from my credit. Can you please help me with this? Clearly ********************************* is a con artist with the dozens of "unanswered / F ratings" on BBB? Thank you.

    This business was given perversion to charge my account a one time fee of 297$ in the months of April on the 17th. There is now what seems to be a recurring charge in the month of May! I want this returned to my account and a letter of discontinued service. I will be blocking them on my bank account on the 16th. This needs to be resolved!

    2/13 Charged more on my card than what the web site stated.I checked all the no and correct boxes to pay $97 for the information and my card was charged $197.

    I paid the $97 enrollment fee and officially enrolled into their program on April 3rd. Both in the sales video, as well as in writing on the sales page, is a seven-day money back guarantee. On day 6 (April 9th), I emailed support requesting my refund. After 3 days, on April 12th, I emailed a follow-up. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything back from support, I was able to finally get a hold of someone through their ******** page. This person provided me with a link to submit a support ticket. Upon doing this, and hearing back from support (Finally), they told me that my request was outside of the 7 days and they wouldn't be issuing me a refund. I followed up stating it had been well within the 7 days but I never heard back from anyone... This was 4 days ago and I haven't heard back from support. It's clear that they're trying to not honor my refund but also just simply don't have an adequate support staff capable of basic duties.I've attached the email(s) I sent to their support inbox reflecting the dates at which I did so. I firmly believe this company just traps people for a [small] purchase, and if a refund request is presented, they wait until well after the 7 days has passed, to finally provide a response stating it's too late.All I'm trying to do is obtain the $97 that I am entitled to based on this company's 7 day money back guarantee.

    Purchased in July 2023. Was informed verbally and in writing of a refund guarantee if I followed the recommended steps and put it in action and did not make money back within 90 days. I was informed to start with SPS (Amazon influencer training), which I did, and was unable to successfully earn any money. I sent refund request at the 90 day **** and have submitted multiple trouble tickets and emails, along with picture proof of my efforts, and have not received the guaranteed refund.

    in August I foolishly signed on to a $2997 internet complete system to do affiliate marketing with promises to easily recoup this investment back in 90 days or money returned. That is not the case. The material, training courses, app, and everything to do with the system is completely disorganized, scattered, and confusing. It is not what it was advertised to be. I financed the amount with Affirm that Wealthery has a contract with to do so. I was never offered the monthly payment plan as I see now they have that can be canceled at any time. I requested the beginning of December to cancel the rest of the contract immediately. Their support team agreed with no problem and reassured me I would not be charged again. I told they had to let Affirm know the contract is canceled. They said I had to tell Affirm. I did, but ****** needs to hear it from the vendor. After their support assured me I would not be charged anymore and the contract could be cancelled, they now stopped responding. I am still being charged by Affirm since Wealthery has not followed through to cancel the contract. Trying to deal with Affirm is yet another headache and impossible. I feel like both companies are in partnership to scam people. What I want is to cancel the remainder of the contract from Dec. 23-Aug 24 as I have not used their services and their services are not what they represented, and they agreed but now have disappeared.

    I understand they didn't respond. I am not surprised. How can people be warned about this company and *********************************?  He just closed another website and launched another. That seems to be his way of avoiding getting in trouble by changing business names and websites.

    On August 4th, I purchased a course from ****** the Owner. I was told in a video that lead me to comfortably make the purchase of the course that there is normally a 7 day refund policy but he would offer a 90 day policy if you dont make the money you paid for the course within 90 days it would be free. I reached out to ****** via a private message on August 11th 7 days later after purchasing, stating I no longer wanted to be apart of the course. ****** continued to push back with delayed responses, and did not honor what he said. He stated he would stop the billing and then went on to say he wasnt able to and it was a misunderstanding. Eventually he said he would considered offering a partial refund as he stated I understand my refund policy but then continued to ignore my messages for weeks. I have screenshots of our whole conversation and his agreements he didnt follow through with. I will be bringing all of my concerns further until this is resolved. Please be advised before supporting and trusting in this business. As you can see with the other complaints, this is a very common issue.

    This company works in misleading practices and misinformation getting you to sign up only to discover it's empty promises and will refuse to refund the money. They refused to refund my $299 after discovering the empty promises. This is nothing short of a scam.
