    On September 07, 2023, I bought their Simple Profit System for $97 USD and they explicitly mentioned their 7 days money back guarantee. During the checkout process there was a couple of up selling they offered and one of them is the Scale module which was $299 USD only available on that current page. Since in my mind they were offering a 7 days money back guarantee, But little that I know, the scale module is not refundable, there was no warning or even a fine print in the invoice saying that it is not refundable. I really felt deceived, while I am aware that I was charged for two transactions, the whole ordering sequence was within one continuous process. They only mentioned on the page that the $299 usd is only available on that particular page, but nothing was mentioned about the no refund policy.

    On 9/6/2023, same problem with the other people regarding this company! after watching a video from this company about their service and program, I purchased access to the simple profit system program ($97.00) and then purchased $97 $15K month with ******************* product. I purchased trusting that they were a company with integrity and if I needed to request refund that they were available to do this. I watched the initial video before purchasing anything, I listened to ****** about his program and read the disclaimer before making any purchase. In this video, he states that there is a 7-day refund policy and within the same video, he states in order to obtain one's refund, they would need to email the email account that is associated with a confirmation email one receives after purchase. In the disclaimer before purchase, it states that the 7-day refund policy is available if one has written documentation showing that they tried the methods that ****** discusses in his video. In this video before purchase, ****** fails to mention that the program he is promoting takes at least 2 months before one is accepted as an Amazon affiliate influencer. Therefore, this completely negates a 7-day refund policy. In addition, the email that specifically states to email for a refund request doesn't work when sending anything. I have not heard back from anyone regarding my requests! *** sent several emails and also received a text to my personal phone number asking for more personal information about myself and how they could maximize my experience with Wealthery. when I asked about the refund they stopped responding to my texts. Dishonest in the videos and refusal to honour refunds makes this a company you want to avoid. Extremely disappointing company.

    I had purchased the first 97$ program. Watched the videos, followed his instructions. Sounded to great to continue with the larger purchase to start making a living. There was no talk of having to purchase other digital software and or help to make money. I could not login to the Mastermind program. Emailed approximately 35 times.I got a email saying Im on vacation for the 17 days did you think Im supposed to stop and email you. Well, when you launch a huge release of a product, yes I expect help with a 3000$ program. I have asked someone to call me. NOTHING. All I wanted was a refund and move on. I have never been able to log in. PLEASE HELP! Tried going thru shop pay to get their attention and the email for digital payment *********** is an online iPhone store.email is kicked right back to me.there is no way to contact Wealthery.

    I have had more or less the same issue as the consumer who filed a complaint in March of this year except that I did not authorize a charge to my account. I considered making a purchase from this company but canceled out of that purchase due to all the upsells, but they went ahead and charged my card for the $97 upsell for which I immediately requested a refund via text message, email and several attempted phone calls that I have never received responses to. I am not interested in this product and would like a refund. Like the other consumer who filed a complaint herein, I have not reviewed any materials or logged into any website to date and have not received any acknowledgement of my request. I have called the number provided again for the past five days straight and am redirected to a voicemail. I have yet to receive a response from anyone.

    On 3/7/2023, after watching a video from this company about their service and program, I purchased access to the program ($97.00) and then purchased $49.00 for joining their *************** In the initial video I watched before purchasing anything, I listened to ****** about his program and read the disclaimer before making any purchase. I have reached out to ******, an employee who contacted me, numerous times about the refund request and she sent me a link to request a refund and the link doesn't work. Furthermore, I have reached out, via email, numerous times to four email accounts associated with this company and received no responses. I have also tried calling. I feel this company has dishonest business practices and have tried to communicate this to receive my refund to no avail. After purchasing program, this company only sent one invoice.

    03/02/2023 I made a purchase on his website that I immediately requested a refund from his customer service email that was supplied explaining that I mistakenly ordered this product, and am not interested in this product and would like a refund. This email was sent within minutes of the purchase. I have not reviewed any materials given or logged into any credentials supplied. I have not received a response or recognition of the customer service reply that they received my support ticket. Upon further review of my credit card charge, this purchase is a recurring charge. I again emailed customer service at the email provided on invoice stating my cancellation request of this service, still no response or confirmation that a support ticket has been submitted.

    10/8/2022 Sales page clearly says 100% 30 day money back guarantee Seller ignoring this request. No other terms stated Also was sold on this being 1 week limited promo before price goes up. That is also not true.100% scam avoid this company at all costs!
