      I bought several giftcards at Office Depot in ****. They could be used at multiple places. However, none of the restaurant merchants work. I get an error on the website. The website is ************* and the giftcards are issued by *********. I have the package and receipts. I would like a refund since they cant be used.

      On December 16, 2024 I placed an order for five $40 **** gift cards from Office Depot for a total of $200.00. I used reward dollars to pay for the gift cards. On December 19, 2024, I received one $40 gift card via email. I contacted Office Depot multiple times to state that I had only received one of the five gift cards. To date, I have still not received the four remaining or had the reward dollars returned to my account. I have been told 1) that the 4 remaining gift cards would be sent, 2) that my reward dollars would be returned to me 3) that the order was not valid. Yet, they took the order, partially delivered it, and have not reimbursed me for the remainder of the order.

However, it seems there was a system error that mistakenly permitted the transaction, resulting in the successful issuance of one out of the five gift cards.  As a result, the remaining $172.00 in Rewards has been successfully reissued to the customer's account.  These Rewards will be available to the customer within seven days, at which time they will also receive a separate email notification that the Rewards are available.

      I purchased a Brother ******* Mdl. MFC L37703CDW; Ser. No. U6518OF8N126614 on January 9, 2023 from Office Depot, in **************, ** At the same time I purchased an Allstate Protection Plan from Office Depot Plan ID ***************. The printer stopped working in early 2024. I made a claim to ******** and they refereed me back to Office Depot for assistance. Office Depot referred me back to ******** for assistance. I have been round and round with Office Depot and ******** and neither will take responsibility for repairing or replacing the printer.

      I have spent four days trying to get Office Depot to process the return of an item that cost $60 plus tax on their website. I have wasted hours in chat sessions with "customer service professionals" named Anele Mchunu and Tebogo Nxumalo. There have been a series of emails with "customer service professionals" named Osinonke Makhanya and Siphosethu Maishi. I have left voicemails for executives named **** ******** and ***** ******* at the corporate headquarters. The Office Depot website guarantees convenient, easy, quick and simple returns. This return has not been convenient. This return has not been easy. This return has not been quick. This return has not been simple. I have all of the chat transcripts, and I have all of the emails. Four different "customer service professionals" have failed to process a simple return. Office Depot needs to process a full refund immediately.

      I have all of the emails, and I have all of the chat transcripts.

      My most recent email reply was to a "customer service professional" named Siphosethu Maishi.

      Previously, I wasted hours in chat sessions with Tebogo Nxumalo and Anele Mchunu.

      Siphosethu Miashi requested the serial number.

      If ********************** needed the serial number, then why didn't Tebogo Nxumalo or Anele Mchunu ask for the serial number during the hours I have wasted chatting with them?

      Additionally, I received two previous emails from Osinonke Makhanya.

      If Office Depot needed the serial number, then why didn't Osinonke Makhanya ask for the serial number in the previous emails?

      I have been trying to return this item since Sunday morning.  It is now Wednesday evening.

      If Office Depot needed the serial number, then why did it take four different "customer service professionals" four days to ask for the serial number?

      The keyboard is a Logitech G413.  The serial number on the box is ************. 

      The keyboard does not function correctly with my iMac.  I don't know why.  Maybe it is not compatible with macOS as stated on the Office Depot website.  Maybe it is defective in some way.  Maybe it was damaged in shipping.

      Here is what I do know.  The Office Depot website guarantees convenient, easy, quick and simple returns.

      This return has not been convenient.  This return has not been easy.  This return has not been quick.  This return has not been simple.

      Four different "customer service professionals" have had four days to process the return.  All four of them have failed to process the return.

      Lastly, I have left voicemails for two different executives at the corporate headquarters of Office Depot.  Their names are **** ******** and ***** *******.  Neither executive has responded.

      Office Depot needs to process my refund immediately.

      For 3 weeks Office Depot has been unable to generate and provide me with a return label for an item I purchased online. I have called about 10 times. After they were unable to provide a return label, they switched to a pickup and attempted for a logistics company to pick up the item at my home while no one is there - while I am working. I then requested a pickup from my job and they agreed but no one ever came or contacted me. I have had multiple escalation tickets 241211-013455, ************ for "back end" support and no one ever responds, so in a few days I have to call again and start over. Yesterday on 1/2 I called and was told a new drop-off return was initiated and I would receive an email with the label which never came. Today I called and was hung up on. Now I am chatting with a representative and he "resent" the email to be but there is no attached label, the same original problem from 3 weeks ago. I have never seen any problems like this in e-commerce/retail, and the agents are powerless to correct this. I want my refund and to return the product.

      I spoke with the customer, and he's requested the laptop be picked up at his work address on 1-8-25 between 10am-6pm. I've advised the carrier of this, and they are going to be out on 1-8-25 to pick up the laptop. Once the laptop is picked up at his work address it will go back to warehouse for processing and the customer will be refunded for $653.24 and to allow 3-7 days for the credit to process.

      This complaint relates to the Office Depot Ink Recycling rewards program.I turned in 10 ink cartridges on 11/22/24 for ink recycling credit. The $20 reward has yet to be issued. I have contacted Office Depot customer four times and each time have been told my rewards will be re-issued in 5-7 working days and this has not happened.Attached is my receipt showing my ink recycling submission. I am asking for the $20 ink recycling reward to be applied to my account.

      On 12/19/24, I requested the price of an ASUS TUF VG289Q1A computer monitor (normally $319.49 before tax) be matched to the same model available at ******* for less money ($229.00 before tax). Yes, I couldve purchased it from *******, but I wanted to use up my Office Depot gift card instead. Because it was in stock at both stores, the price match was approved. The final total was $245.03 after tax. It even qualified for an Office Depot promotion (a free $25 gas card). After the order was placed via text, I was instructed to call ************* to provide my payment info. My gift card was applied, and the order began processing with delivery expected in Feb. 2025. However, on 12/23/24, my order was canceled. I reached out to ************* via text. They didnt have an explanation and resubmitted the order with the same price match and free $25 gas card promotion applied. After the $245.03 from the canceled order had been refunded to my gift card, I called ************* to provide my payment info again. The order was placed with the same expected delivery date. Then, on 12/27/24, the order was canceled a 2nd time. I spoke to another ************* agent over text and 2 more agents by phone. They checked inventory and confirmed the monitor is in stock. (Mind you, it has shown as available for purchase on ************************** this entire time from when I first ordered it to now.) With my gift card refunded, ************* reordered the monitor on 12/27/24. And on 12/30/24, the order was canceled a 3rd time. Please fulfill my order! I promised this monitor to someone for CHRISTMAS. ************* assured me this wouldnt keep happening. Waiting until Feb. 2025 for it to arrive was never an issue, but the repetitive cancellations ARE. And now the monitor is no longer available at *******, so Im left empty-handed! This has caused me SO much unnecessary strife during a time I should be spending with family, instead of on my phone trying to correct your mistake.

      On December 8, 2024, I purchased an XL black ink 822 for $45.98, which they still have. I received a tracking number indicating that the item was shipped. However, I never received it. I checked the delivery status, and it was supposed to arrive yesterday before 8:00 PM. I am continuing to file this complaint. I have purchased the product from another company out of necessity. I have requested a refund, but I can't contact anyone. They have not returned my money, nor have I received the product. Additionally, they added $10.00 to my account, but I still haven't received the $45.98 for my purchase on December 8, 2024. I have received a refund, but it will take 10 days for it to appear. However, I need my money now! It was their mistake, not mine, so why should I pay for it?Away wait for the refund to appear. This is horrible service.
