      This is the second time Ive had an issue with them. I ordered double sided business cards. They told me I couldnt get it the same day that it would be ready in a week after a week they told me they cant find my order then they tell me you havent been processed yet. I just wanted my order if they could have completed, they shouldnt have gave me a date that I will be able to pick it up I havent got anything yet I havent got anything was off by calling customer service or the store.

      I did an online order on 05/19/2023 for Stamps and a box of paper. A portion of the order was picked up but the box of paper was supposed to be shipped to my home by Monday 05/22.I only purchase paper when it's on sale. ***** was on sale for $45.99, instead of $91.39 On Monday, the paper was not delivered. I figure it was an oversight, but I didn't get the tracking information. On Tuesday, May 23rd, I contacted customer support. He told me that the box of paper was not placed on the truck and that he was ensured that it would be delivered today. I tried to get a tracking number but he didn't have any of that information. He stated that a note was placed on my account. I did confirm that if I didn't receive the paper I could call back and have my order replaced and a new box sent. He said that wouldn't be an issue.On the same day, at 1:44 pm I receive an email from a contractor/third party vendor stating that they cancel my order, a refund has been processed, and a new order was placed on my account, but couldn't be processed because THEY COULDN'T ACCESS MY CREDIT CARD ON THE ACCOUNT. Some ********* vendor took it upon himself to access MY ACCOUNT, cancel my order, and tried to access my credit card information to process a new order, without my permission.After speaking with customer service again: I found out that the sales price I paid wasn't available for the paper, they were having trouble with getting a new order processed, trying every coupon they had. That my refund was being mailed to me via check because it was the reward points I use to pay. I asked for a supervisor: and miraculously new order was put in-At first, I was told, it is free of charge, then changed to, my rewards refund was stopped and used for the new order. Which doesn't make any sense. And now, I'm getting my paper tomorrow. But this doesn't answer why a 3rd party is accessing my account. Or why do I get different stories on what is going on with the order?

We emailed the customer with a heartfelt apology and addition; I advised *************** our company meets or exceeds all the standards set by the Payment Card Industry and we take the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously.

      Office Depot does not keep credit card numbers on file, they are tokenized. Regard to her paper delivery account is noted delivered. I advised her that a gift was not created to have the paper reshipped.It was shipped at no cost to her.     

      As a gesture of Customer Service,I've reissued the Rewards in the amount of $49.86 back to her Rewards account.

      This Rewards will be accessible within 5 business days, she will receive a notification via email when her rewards are available online. After the email is received, please log into her account to retrieve your rewards.  

      We feel this customers issue has been resolved.

      I am rejecting this response because: I still haven't received the refund. And I received an email from office depot, on May 25th, telling me that a refund has been process. I understand that it was before memorial weekend, but its been over 5 business days and I haven't gotten it.   And when I logged into my account, I can see that I haven't received my rewards  from the last 4 purchases.    

      If Office Depot, doesn't want to give the rewards.  Then let the customers know, but I don't want to keep submitting BBB complaints to be heard and help with these matters.

      Dear BBB,

      It is never our intention to disappoint any of our customers. ******** were informed that credit was processed and then deleted. Reason, Rewards were used for the purchases. I'm sorry for that. I processed her $49.86 Back Rewards on 6/1/2023. The Rewards have a process they are sent through.

      In my previous email, I advised her it can take up to seven business days. She will receive a notification via email when her rewards are available online. 

      Regards to her last four purchases Rewards are earned on the price paid for an item or service before tax and after deducting all discounts, the value of free gifts and the value of any rewards and/or merchandise certificates/cards applied to that purchase. ******** has emailed me thanking for explaining how the Rewards are processed.

      We took our workstation to the Office Depot at ****************************************************************************** in May 2021 to have it updated to the latest version of Windows. For whatever reason the tech that did the upgrade decided to enroll us in 1-year tech support and 1-year of McAfee without even asking ** if we wanted them. We received an email last May that they were both coming up for auto-renewal so we called to cancel them and get refunds for them. We were assured they were both canceled. On May 3rd of this year we received another email that both of them were once again coming up for auto-renewal so we called on May 4th to cancel both of them. We were given a credit of $107.34 for the McAfee on May 5th. When we called Office Depot again to see where the $129.99 for the the support was we were told we should see a refund within **** business days of cancellation date, so we should have received a refund by 5/17. We still haven't received the refund and when we called them back today they said it would be another 3-5 business days. We want our refund for the $129.99 and want to be guaranteed that both auto-renewals have been cancelled and we won't be billed again for either of them.

      I purchased a product called Betco Extreme from Office Depot and they never delivered the product and are refusing to refund my money. They attempted to return the funds to a card that was deactivated due to a fraud attempt, and now they keep telling me they can't do anything about it. It has been 3 weeks. Attached is a copy of the receipt of their ATTEMPTED refund. I never received the refund

      I would like to make a complaint. I ordered copies on ************ Solutions, LLC and the package came from my local Office Depot in ******** ** and it was shipped by **** Today May 16 2023 i got the package the entire box is crushed and the copies ruined. I ordered 72 copies and there is no 72 copies in the box. I would like to have full refund.       ***** has a contractor person who entered the incorrect shipping address on my two pkgs on May 11, 2023. The correct address was on the label I created for each box. I have been trying for days now to get the pkgs delivered by *****, they said I had to call the shipper ( which they see as this Office Depot) and tell them to send an EMAIL to ***** with the correct address of the recepient. This person entered address as *****, correct address is 26911.I called this morning at 9 AM when this store opened and lady in the **** said she would send the email to *****. I called back at noon, a man said that the email had been sent. ***** says they have not received any updated email or address from office Depot. ***** will not allow me to give them the correct address. I called back to store tonight and spoke to the she said store mgr, she said she could not help me and I would have to call back in the morning at 9 AM and to speak to **** in that ****. Did this person this morning lie about sending the emails to ***** ? ***** again cannot deliver these two pkgs again on Tuesday morning as they do NOT have the correct address from Office Depot. I expect a FULL refund of shipping charges from Office Depot and their contracted ***** print shop .I paid $152,14 billed to my credit card. I also need a written apology from this store mgr who also would not help me tonight when I called. If ***** is not given as asked by Office Depot and contracted ***** print shop ****, these two pkgs cannot be delivered and I asume will be returned to this ***** print shop **** or to my home address which I also had typed din large letters on the label that I put on each pkg. This has caused me such daily stress and I told that store mgr tonight of my frustration.. but she offered NO help, she said I had to call back in the morning and speak to **** in that ****.... which by then this pkg will be held another day without an attempt at delivery.

      On 2/27/2023, I went to Office Depot in *************, **. I ordered a monitor as well as an insurance plan. Since there was no stock in store, the stuff ordered online for me and I paid $****** in store with a receipt. Waiting for almost 2 weeks, I received nothing and went to the store on 3/10/23. An employee in the store (who was friendly and helpful) checked the order for me and advised me to call customer service and get a refund. After a long conversation, with the employee's assistance, I finally found that the monitor was out of stock. Office Depot had refunded $276.17 to my account, but I paid ******. Later, I got a ticket number for the rest of my money. After a week, I did not receive any response from the company, and I called again and finally got another ticket number for the refund. However, they told me that the order had been cancelled. I still have not recieved my refund.Around 4/28, I called again and the office depot customer support said that they did refund to me. I checked again. The only refund was $276.17, but I paid ******. I called again and the other lady told me that the $276.17 was the amount in their record. I don't know what was going on here. Obviously, there was some mistakes in the system. No matter what, I paid full amount in store with a receipt, and I left without a monitor and with $138.31 missing. The lady said that she would report to the manager and contact me through the email. However, no one has contacted me after 2 weeks have passed.

      I went to depot for fax some paperwork off. But the lady called me and said she can't review the paperwork because it's was too light. I was still in the store and she emailed me to and said the paperwork was to light. I went to the front desk and told the lady and she said I worked to front you to go back there and tell them. I said ok I had heart surgery and I don't suppose to be out. But the paperwork needs to be done. So I told the man in the back. That the paperwork was not right. He fax them again and it still didn't not work to light. So I emailed to store and the lady will not refund my money and I emailed her back. She will not give my money back. Almost $50 on paperwork that was too light to right.

      Date of Transaction: 4/05/2023 I made a purchase from office depot Via phone, due to the magnitude of the order the sales representative said he would apply a 30% cash back coupon to the office depot rewards program. I have called and talked to multiple office depot representatives that have promised to fix this issue, non of which have done anything but give me the run around. Total i have spent about 5 hours on the phone with no resolution from office depot. The last supervisor's name that told me she would have it resolved in 5-7 days was ******. Attached is the receipt from the purchase that was made by phone, during which the office depot representative attached the coupon and too date office depot has not held up to their end of the deal.
