      I was charged more than twice the price of subscription and more than twice of the current price when item is moved to the cart. I have cancelled subscription as a result. However, I want a refund for the difference.

      My order 288076933-001 was completely messed up and sent wrong item. That item was picked up by Office Depot driver more than a month ago and returned back to the merchant. Refund was promised multiple times and I was assured that I will be getting it already long time ago. However, it has never been processed and every new customer representative starts from ground zero pretending like nothing happened. It has been going on for more than a month and does not look like anybody plans to do anything at all. They just charged me money and never shipped me what I ordered, got whatever they sent me back and pretending like nothing happened!

      I purchased a desk chair along with a product warranty online on 1/22/2023. Received the chair and it was damaged. Called Office Depot customer service and explained about chair being damaged. They sent out a return label and I repacked the damage chair and took over to the *** Store in ************, **. They told me that they would refund the funds back to the card that I used I explained to the person that I talked to that I used a gift card that I received for Xmas and no longer have card was empty after purchase destroyed card. Spoke to a representative by the name of *********************. She told me that I would be receiving a paper check 2-3 weeks. At this point I have not received anything in the mail. Made numerous calls to check on status and they just give me lip service like will have a supervisor call never hear back from anyone.

      On 02/01/2023, I responded to publicly advertised promotion by purchasing a $100 promo card in store. The promotion was clearly labeled "20% Back In Bonus Reward On $100 Or More Of Select One4all Gift Cards" and was valid 02/05-02/11/2023. This was advertised on the company website under Deals section and in store via printed signage. I purchased a qualifying card for $100, and so was due $20 in Rewards. Overnight, the company posted to my Rewards account $15... not the $20 I was due. I identified this error on ***** when checking my account details, and called the company CS number for assistance. I first spoke with ******, who didn't/couldnt/wouldn't understand the issue. She abruptly disconnected our call. I called again, and spoke with ******, who understood and confirmed the problem, and committed to provide me a "one time courtesy credit of $20." I reiterated that I was only shorted $5, as I had indeed received a $15 Rewards credit. She indicated that I would still get a "one time courtesy credit of $20" and that it would post in 3-5 days. As of today, 03/01/2023, no credit (not $5, not the $20 she said I would get) has posted to the account. I tried calling again today and was on an excruciatingly long hold for over 20 minutes without ever having reached a human. I tried the company's online chat feature, and I chose "4" from their list, for "Live agent." I have been waiting for a response from that request for over 30 minutes, with no response whatsoever from the chat system to any of my subsequent inputs. It is well within the operating hours the chat system indicates when you enter it. Clearly nobody is at the controls, so here I am. So far, I have spent at least 2 hours trying to chase down the credit rightly owed to me. I have been hung up on, ignored, and promised prompt resolution (and some small compensation for my time), yet the problem has not been resolved. If the company wants me to move my spend to Amazon, just say so. Otherwise, fix the problem.

      I asked them to help me out with a printing job. The manager said we are too busy to help you. You need to come back or use the self-serve so I went to use the self-serve and the self-serve only allows you to print one copy not multiple copies at once and she told me dont ever come back to our store again with that attitude when I went to her and I said I need your help.

      Thank you for bringing Mr. ********** concern. Unfortunately, we have not been able to address the customer's complaint. I have been attempting to contact the customer since February ******* March 2nd, ******************** responded to my e-mail where I had informed him of the message I was receiving when calling his number. In this e-mail the customer only confirmed that his number does not accept Spam Calls. Since then, I have sent multiple e-mails but, they have gone unanswered. 

      Furthermore, we were able to locate the possible purchase the customer is referring to. The District Manager overseeing the store has also sent the customer an e-mail which has gone unanswered. 

      We would like the opportunity to address the customer's concerns.

      I bought a download version of Turbo Tax Business from Office Depot. After getting the email to download and the activation key, I downloaded the version. However, the key didn't work and gives me error code 630. I called Office depot right away and a case was opened. I received technical support by email and nothing was really done than telling me to copy and paste and the same code occurred. Now 6 days later and nothing works and Office Depot says "too bad, non refundable". That is unacceptable for approx $ 181.-

      Reference# ********/order #*********-001 11/28/22: Bought item over $100 and per their promo was promised a $20 virtual **** card.11/28/22: Original OfficeDepot order #*********-001 from Nov 28, 2022 (attached #1)12/15/22: I got email from them on Dec 15, 2022 saying order will arrive buy Dec 27, 2022 (attached #2) email never came that I can tell, even checked spam folder 1/19/23: Due to the holidays I forgot this was coming, so I initiated contact; Spoke to the Office Depot customer service folks numerous times by text (attached #3) and phone on 1/19/23 was told to expect a redemption email from 'vendor' within a day or two...1/27/22: Never got an email - so I called back CS, said they would get it taken care of 1/30/22: email from them (attached #4) says "Please let you know that per terms and conditions of the promotion you need to redeem their code via the redemption email within ******************************************* the screen shot below you will see the award email was sent to them on 12/1/22 which means you needed to confirm their award by 12.31.22. Their award is expired and their code is no longer valid."2/7/23 and again on 2/14/23 (attached #4) I replied Thanks for the reply, however there was no screenshot attached. Please resend with the screenshot, so I can understand exactly what you are trying to tell me.This matter is NOT yet resolved.2/27/24: Ive been on hold for more than an hour with CS; fed up so Im filling this complaint - Ive wasted at least 4 hours + trying to resolve this issue all over a $20 gift card. Clearly their records indicate any alleged email was neither opened or codes redeemed and used. Just reissue a redemption code and apologize!!!!

      I placed an order on 10/27/2022 for 2 x FlexiSpot AlcoveRiser Sit-to-stand Desk Converter and one of them was defective (not able to rise) when arrived. On the same day I called Office Depost and asked for exchange and I waited but no one came to pick up after. 12/13/2022 I called again and asked for either a refund or exchange with confirmation # **********, still no refund or pick up. Today 2/24/2023 I called customer service again and the rep ***** said she can only give me $40 discount if I want to order again. Besides discount, she can not do anything about the defective desk riser.This is not the way to do business. I will ask for the same item exchange or simply a refund of $169.99 + tax.

      I spent over an hour on the bus to return an item and their system was down. I asked if I could leave item and he can charge my card when the system is up. His answer was NO, NO, AND NO to everything solution. He wanted me to go to another store or go back tomorrow. I told him that was impossible! I have an injured knee that I'm in therapy for. I'm see a cardiologist and on meds for mental illnesses. This was a big deal for me to make this trip! He didn't do anything to accommodate me! I left the item with him anyways. So now I want my money returned to me!

      Office Depot order #********* of Bosch motion detectors was returned to Office Depot #** in ******** ** on 02/13/2023, 2 days after it was delivered to me. The motion detectors were delivered late 3 weeks late and did not match the advertised description. The motion detectors have normally closed (NC) relays versus normally open (NO) relays as advertised based on the *** on the packaging slip. The items were returned factory sealed in both their original box and the original shipping box. The store manager, ***************************, was very helpful and opened the shipping box then attempted to process the return at the register. The register would not recognize any of the barcodes on the product. I was told this was due to the item being shipped from a third party. The manager took the items back to his office for safe keeping and provided me with a print out of a service ticket showing that he opened a request for cancellation on the order with officedepot.com. I was told this would take a day or two to process then a credit would be issued. I reached out last week to check the status on Friday 02/17/2023 and was told that he was still waiting for a resolution from Office Depot support. I received an update today that my return would not be processed despite being within Office Depot's return policy since the manufacturer return policy differs. I was told to reach out to the manufacturer to try to setup a return separately. I purchased this item directly from Office Depot, the item was not marked non returnable, I conducted the return within Office Depot's return policy. I did not enter into any agreements or place an order with the manufacturer. I placed an order with Office Depot and expect that my return will be treated under the return policy I agreed to at checkout. Not the manufacturer return policy that was never presented to me. ***************************, general manager at Office Depot #**, has the items. I would like a refund for the order amount please.

      ECR reached out and quickly worked to understand the situation.  They verified the item was returned to the store and the item description was incorrect.  They apologized for the inconvenience and processed a refund.  The refund has posted to my card now.
