    I have reached out to this company via email several times to remove information that has been expunged by the court of law. 5 total emails with no response.

    This website states they will take down mugshots if you provide a valid court-signed expungement/seal of your record. My case was dismissed and expunged/sealment. After 5+ attempts of contacting the provided email, my mugshot and related information is still up on their website. Their own mugshot from being arrested is not up on their website.

    Mugshots.com has a mugshot of me from July 2014. I have had the record expunged and I have tried to contact this business personally and with a lawyer with no response. The mugshot is severely hurting my reputation and I have lost many job opportunities due to this mugshot coming up. I am currently unemployed due to this.

    Mugshot is non responsive. I have requested to get my information remove from their site several times and in accordance to law, Florida Legislature enacted F.S. 901.43(1) which makes it unlawful for a private company to disseminate ***************** and ask for a fee. They have a 10 day turnaround period if proper decimos provided which I did provide back on August 15th, 21, 28 and September 1 and 6. Their lack of professionalism is detrimental to me.     I have emailed this company several times. Not only did they use the requested information to add to my profile, which I am asking to be removed, but they also wont respond or take down my photo and information. I am not guilty of this alleged crime, and I have provided supporting documentation, yet they still wont respond. After reading other complaints, it's evident that this behavior is not out of character for them. Therefore, I have decided to seek assistance from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to remove my information and maintain my personal reputation clean and private.

    Mugshots.com is posting invalid and false information that is defaming of my identitiy. They have images and false criminal reports online about me that needs to be removed under ******************************. i have asked them to remove this several times and nothing has happened.

    The site proposed doing an individual search for $1 and I agreed. Site charged my credit card $40 without my agreeing to the additional amount. I would like a refund of additional amount. **************** ending in ****.

    A previous arrest and charge were listed on the Mugshots.com Website, which is pretty standard as its public information. I've emailed them over 3 times now over span of 6 months, and had the organization I used for the Expungement send them 3 notices as well, all with no response. My information still appears on the website even though their own policy states that they will remove it with proof of a favorable disposition or Expungement paperwork. If their not going to comply with their own policies or regulations the site should be taken down.
