    I would like to begin by thanking the company for removing my information from their website as there were a total of two charges in *********, ********* both of which I was found not guilty of which the company listed on their website under my name having been exonerated as I noticed recently on Yahoo.com under my name one of the charges remains on the company's website which used to show the correct information that I was found not guilty but for some reason is not showing same at this time, please. If the company wouldn't mind updating it on their website or removing it I would appreciate it a great deal, please. Thank you.

    This business hasnt replied to any of my emails. I want my arrest record removed from their website immediately! The information is no longer valid because my case was EXPUNGED! Upon entry of the order, the charge is deemed nonexistent. Therefore, by maintaining my picture on their site, the business is perpetrating defamation.     there are 2 mugshots of myself on this website the case was dismissed years ago and the judge ordered all records of the arrest to be destroyed , I have e mailed mushots.com with the court documents with the order of the court and dismissal. However I have no received any replies from them and are unable to contact them I need these records to be destroyed its been years now !!!

    This webpage post mugshots and information about of individuals and the crimes for which they have been arrested. My photo and personal information are on this webpage. The criminal charges that are associated with my identity on this website have been expunged. This means that by law (ORS *******) Upon entry of the order, the conviction, arrest, citation, charge or other proceeding shall be deemed not to have occurred....Therefore, by maintaining my picture on this webpage the business is perpetrating defamation.

    I have asked this website to remove all my information from there website and sent them all the paperwork they required to do so, and they refuse to remove my personal info from their website. I reached out 30+ times requesting removal. And only recently received a response on ******** stating they "don't owe me anything, that I'm rude and arrogant."
