If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund of purchase, whichever you prefer (excluding shipping charges). Electronic items are limited to a 15 day return. You cannot return merchandise if it has been installed, deformed, painted, drilled or altered in any way. All returned merchandise must include all original packaging, paperwork and properly packed to avoid damage or additional charges. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges only. Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking charge if incorrect so please make sure you order the correct parts. Used or incomplete returns can not be accepted.
