The best customer service around. I had ordered the wrong part on a Friday night. I emailed the company Saturday morning to cancel my order hoping I wouldnt be charged. I received an email from a real person (****) who told me customer service is closed until Monday and the warehouse fulfills the weekend orders. **** advised she would reach out to customer service on Monday. On Sunday I received another email from **** stating she had the ordered canceled and I could order the correct part. Fantastic. Ordered the correct part on a Sunday, received it that Thursday. Great customer service, best prices around, and quick shipping. A+

**** is the best in the area at what he does, no question. I travel all the way from Jupiter to him just because I know he will get the job done! Had 2 cars worked on and nothing but the best outcome. Timely, responsive, professional, wouldnt go anywhere else. **** is great as well, always emails the paperwork ahead of time, everything is transparent, A+++Tuff Truck Parts Inc.

Phil and Lisa were great. Super helpful with great customer service. Didn’t know much about what tires to get and helped me out with the best tires and my alignment as well. Will definitely come back and have my business again. Thank you!Tuff Truck Parts Inc.
