    Our company is a previous customer multiple times and I have always been happy with the service. But then we rented equipment from the floor division who’s representative was nice and tried to be helpful. unfortunately, the equipment we rented was broke brand new, and after multiple days of them trying to repair it while paying employees to be there waiting to have it repaired was unsuccessful. They brought in a different style of equipment for us to complete the project which we did. However, multiple times we were told the equipment was going to be delivered and it was delayed and delayed, and finally it came out of Philadelphia to Harrisburg. I’ve had other contractors say that we should’ve even had a pay or that we should’ve canceled the contract but I felt with how much time was involved and how much money I paid out to the employees for one day rental that took two weeks to get accomplished that they could’ve met me at least in the middle but instead decided on their own discount and charge my account instead of contacting me back like I had asked him to multiple times. Not even a return call it’s unfortunate because I had a good relationship and I liked my regular agent that I use for the rentals and I have multiple large projects coming up but without any contact or rectification I feel I’m probably just going to use another rental company.
