    On 3/13/2024 bath system was installed.Called 5/14 grab bar discolored. Finally changed out 7/31 after numerous calls.Same problem happened with new bar. I sent photo to **** on 12/11.12/16 acrylic floor has crack by drain sent photo Numerous calls made to get this taken care of. On 1/21/25 sent installer ** to replace grab bar and change out floor. Installer could not replace floor because he did not have **** color and said drain also needs to be replaced. Could not change bar because he had wrong one.Also corner shelves need to be recalked. I called again 2/28 and sent pictures again to ******. Called again 3/5 she said they need to order floor and **** will get back to me.Bath Solutions has no functioning customer service as far as Im concerned. I have gone months with no call backs or service. I would never recommend this company.

    Original grab bar was installed 3/13/24.  **** Grab bar - customer stated discoloring.  We have never in our history had a call about a grab bar discoloring.

    December 2024 we installed another grab bar for her free of charge.  Explained to her that it must have to do with the cleaning products they are using or the well water in ***********  Care & Cleaning instructions are provided to the customer twice during our process.  The day the installation is finished and again when we mail our project completion package that includes warranty information.   Customer called a 3rd time stating grab bar again is discoloring. We explained to her that there is something out of the norm going on since in over 15 years we have never had another complaint about a **** Grab bar.  As explained to her and in our signed contract, all materials are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

    Shower floor is a newer request that is going through our customer service process. We have a customer service team with a process in place.  We strive to offer great customer service and practices.  Although we try, sometimes its impossible to make every person happy.

    The customers issues are in process and will be resolved by our office as per her contract and warranty.
