  Do not use this company they came out and gave us an estimate for $24,000 for our shower then we decided to get our entire bathroom and closet redone they gave us an estimate for $42,000 into demanded a $10,000 deposit which we gave them then because we wanted a lighted mirror they gave us an updated version of a base price ****** it was supposedly the original estimate which was not for $1,500 to do the lighted mirror which would brought the estimate up to ****** after we gave them the $10,000 deposit. We were contracted by **** the owner that said if we had any further communication negative about his company we would find legal action. Which is completely against our right of free speech and our right of reviews. Please beware of this company do not use them still waiting on our deposit back .

  The people at this company are professional and willing to spend time with the customer during the decision-making process. Our installer, ****, is extremely knowledgeable and a diligent worker. He is able to address and fix any minor issues that might occur during installation. He was always on time, has a great attitude, and left our place clean and in order.

  Bath Solutions remodeled our two bathrooms which turned out beautifully. We appreciate that all members of the team were professional, caring, true to their word, paid attention to detail and were clean and neat.   I'm giving Bath Solutions and ***************************** a five start rating for there low preasure and the most information given on our bathroom remodel. I would recommend that everyone should give them a call first if you are planning work of this nature.**********

  Excellent experience from presale to install. Sales Rep ********* was great as were the other internal folks..installer was great, covered our tile floor to avoid damage, clearly was very skilled installer, friendly and easy to work with.

  Our salesman Dean Margus was super helpful in helping us pick out a new shower .h he was very kind without being pushy. Our installer was very nice, had a great work ethic and left our home spotless and got the work done in a timely manner

  We contacted Bath Solutions at the end of May to convert our bath to a walk-in shower for a mother-in-law that was moving in with us. Derek came to the house showed us what was available and took measurements. We decided we wanted to go up to the showroom in Bonita Springs. We did this the following Friday. We loved what we saw made the arrangements for them to install in our bathroom. They didn't think it was going to be done until the end of June. We were going out of town on that date. They said they would come after we got back however the product came in sooner than they thought and we were able to have it installed last week. The installer came did a great job accomplished it all in one day and we love it. My 97-year-old mother-in-law feels very safe now when she takes a shower. Bath Solutions was very professional, knew their product and made the entire process seamless. We highly recommend this company.
