      Before I signed up I was told explicitly that I could cancel anytime. Ive been a long time client of another car wash chain near my parents house thats far more affordable for the same services but much further away. I decided to give this place a try. The staff miss a lot. My car currently has crumbs and residue all over that wasnt cleaned because the focus for $60 a month is speed not quality. Id point these things out and the staff would get irritable and start pressuring for tips to complete the work thats already supposed to be included in my package. I called the front desk to cancel and she said she didnt handle that the owner did. She called back saying the owner said I couldnt cancel until my second month. I called back and the owner attempted to talk over me and told me I shouldve read the fine print on the receipt. If I cant rely on your staff to communicate your terms and services correctly or provide adequate quality service then whats the attraction? The only positive they have going for them is ****. Shes an absolute ***** and really lovely to work with. Even with her there I still would not recommend membership here unless you dont mind spending double the area average for a top tier wash membership to receive half the service.
