      DO NOT USE Mister Sparky. i MADE AN APPOINMENT.. THEY GAVE A FOUR WINDOW TIME. i CALLED AFTER 2 HOURS AND SAID NO ONE CALLED ME. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL MY 45 MINUTES BEFORE THEY COME OUT. THEY NEVER CALLED OR CAME OUT. THIS IS 21ST CENTURY BUT THEY SURE ACT LIKE IT IS 191TH CENTURY THEY SHOULD HAVE A COMPUTER THAT SHOWS WHO CALLED FOR HELP AND WHAT TIME THEY TOLD US. THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE KEPT TRACK OF THE WORKERS AND SEE WAS NEAR ME AND MAKE SURE THEY CALLED ME. THIS IS NOT WAY TREAT ANY ONYE

      We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused, but we do not dispatch our technicians to a call without a confirmation from our customers. 

      On 8/30/2022 at 9:40am we received a service request from *** (customer). 

      At 10am, our tech called the customer provided phone number twice but was unable to reach the customer.

      At ******* the ********************** call was canceled by our dispatch team due to "no answer from customer."

      On 9/1/2022 at 11am the customer called in upset and while the *** was reviewing the schedule to find a new appointment time the customer disconnected the call. The *** called back and was unable to make contact. The *** called a second time, the customer answered then disconnected again. The *** logged a customer concern for *************** our Branch Manager of Clearwater, and he attempt to reach the customer at ****** but was unsuccessful. 

      We are always willing to make our customers whole but our policy is to only dispatch a technician after contact with the customer.

      First off I paid for the service with my credit card and asked for receipt. Couldn't get a receipt or a confirmation number for payment. Secondly I asked for an itemized invoice because I was getting reimbursed for my charges. I got a generic invoice with no detail whatsoever. I have called over eight times requesting this information and keep getting the same generic invoice sent. Also they could not find my payment at first but then they found it. My card sure found it cuz there was a charge on it. I needed a hard copy itemized invoice and a receipt saying that I paid in full. That is all I wanted and it's like pulling teeth with these people. I have no idea if I got overcharged because I can't see a good itemized invoice and they won't give you a hard copy you have to get it online. I wouldn't even mind online because I could print it out. Their customer ********************** is horrible. They need to be more honest and forthcoming with their billing. How would they like their medical bills to be done the way they do their billing? I have no complaints about the technician I believe he did a good job. Not for sure if I got overcharged because I can't see the itemized statement. All this has caused a delay in me getting my money reimbursed to me from the landlord and that is quite irritating. I want my proof of payment in full and an itemized invoice.

      We apologize about any delays in getting this to you.  As soon as the Branch Manager, ***, was notified of your concern, he sent the detailed breakdown to you.  We will definitely do some coaching with our call center staff on how to proceed when a customer is needing an invoice broken down. To ensure your satisfaction, we contacted you as soon as this complaint was received. You informed us that you were satisfied and just forgot to withdraw the BBB complaint.

      Tech fell thru garage ceiling leaving a large hole and said company would fix this at heir expense but I have called and texted and no one has responded to my calls. I have also been requesting an invoice but they still have not provided one.I am very frustrated with this company's customer care.

      The hole in ceiling was fixed but they STILL have not given me an itemized statement showing charges and I want this sent to me.

      The hole was fixed and I did receive a statement of charges although it STILL DOES NOT break down parts and labor but I am tired of this and just want to end this process as I know I will never get what I asked for from them so please close complaint.
