      Two words: GREAT JOB! My family and I were very impressed with the dispatch representative, ********, being able to get ** on the schedule in less than a day! We had been battling this heat wave here in ******* for a whole 5 days and it was satisfying knowing we were going to get some reprieve in a timely manner from this serious heat!*** was ***************, he was very knowledgeable, kind, and answered every question we had. Couldnt have asked for a better experience! We are truly appreciative!

      **** was fantastic. The company overall is above and beyond 5 stars. Incredible customer service staff is extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. Pricing is more than fair. Have used this company before and will continue to do so and recommend them to everyone.

      Expensive but worth it. I have a defective ** charger and the company insisted that the electric connection must be defective. *** returned under warranty, reviewed the work, took numerous photos and was able to demonstrate that the error was on the ** charger.

      Mister Sparky is amazing. They took my call and sent out a technician Immediately. ******* is a true professional in every sense of the word. He showed up exactly on time. He is knowledgeable and has experience in commercial as well as residential. He took the time to explain everything. He is kind, considerate and a true ambassador for Mr. *********************** LOOK NO FURTHER. You have found a home for all your electrial needs. Thank you Mr. ********************** and *******!

      Service was polite, professional and prompt from the Dispatcher or the person scheduling, to the Serviceman, **************** made three trips to help finish the job. It was extremely hot outside and then it began raining but he continued working. Would call Mr. ********************** again and refer others.

      I have major electric problems in my condo of 40 years and Mr. Sparky's electricians, especially ******, he has been very thorough explaining so I can understand what is needed to repair it. They are considerate regarding my financial situation. I am grateful.

      ******************* great service! On several occasions Mister Sparky has come out to installed recessed ceiling lights; a ceiling fan; and outdoor electrical outlet. Profession job and staff. Outstanding work. I call for all electrical needs and I would highly recommend them.

      I contacted Mister Sparky because I had an issue with a bedroom outlet after what I believed was a power ********* turned out that the outlet itself was just bad. The electrician replaced the outlet and charged me $376.25 for less than 40 minutes which included a high pressure pitch trying to sell me preventative services and a new panel. He didn't even put the desk and components back that he moved aside to replace the outlet. I did some research online and the average price to replace a standard outlet is $125. Mister Sparky is charging three times the going rate which sounds like price gouging to me. Obviously my future electrical needs will not be at Mister Sparky..... I also sent them an email which went unanswered. Buyer Beware!!!
