  Called to have 2 outdoor wall mounted lights replaced. Ben came out and replaced the lights and cleaned the work area.
  However, prior to doing the job he did a survey of my home's electrical issues and gave me 3 quotes to complete the recommended upgrades. They ranged from $3500 to over $10 thousand.
  It was really bothersome to have to listen to all his ** about what I need when I only wanted 2 lights changed.

  Arrived on time and completed job to my satisfaction. ***** is a great master electrician and I would trust him with any electrical need I would have.

  They couldnt install a ceiling fan properly. If only there was a way to rate them as zero stars.After a week of dealing with Mister Sparky in December 2022, I had to seek a refund. They installed a ceiling fan that wobbles and wont fix it. Everyone I spoke with seemed to act as though I was asking for the impossible. They promised a refund if I was not satisfied and I have been given the runaround for more than a month. Stay away from this company. Do not give them your business.

  On 6/2/2022 Mr. ********************** replaced the Main Meter to my residence. After the work was completed I was informed by their technican that their original estimate was inaccurate and I needed to pay for the additional costs. Payment was rendered that date. As of this date their is no City of Palm Beach Gardens Building Permit issued which was included in the price. Multiple requests have been made to resolve the issue. No inspection of their work has been done by a City Inspector to determine if the work was performed properly. This company's performance is terrible and will never use again. Where else can I issue a complaint?

  So grateful to have found Mister Sparky (Tech: ****). After I paid for the initial work, he came back twice to change or add something I needed related to the job. I've used other companies where you pay for the "job" and not the "hour" and after the initial install you can't get in touch with them. NOT Mr. *********************** thank you for the professionalism and going above and beyond to help your customers.

  Very upset with *** ******** plumbing and Mister Sparky my elderly mother was charged for her clogged drain plumbing issue A very large amount which included a sevice contract with Mister Sparky that she was not even aware she was receiving.Taking advantage of elderly and charging an extra 240.00 for contract is terrible.   ******* was very professional and completed the project satisfactorily at my home. He explained fully what the issue was and advised us about what to do if a similar problem occurred. It was a pleasure having him sort out and fix our electrical problem and we will certainly call on him in the future. Thank you *******!The ******* Family

  Fantastic. Both professionals who came to our home, ******* and ****************, were polite(love the boot coverings), friendly, ultra knowledgeable and efficient. So glad we used this company for installation, years ago with ****************, and now these two professionals ******* and ******, all outstanding. Highly recommend them, and their company!
