      I have submitted two membership cancellation forms, but neither has been processed. Despite updating my debit card, overdue fees are still being added to my account. I am requesting that my membership be canceled immediately and the unwarranted charges cease, as I no longer wish to be contacted regarding this matter.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Crunch (Lakewood Ranch Gym) regarding an ongoing billing dispute and lack of resolution despite multiple attempts to address the matter directly with the gym's management. On 8/3/24 was incorrectly charged $544 while my account was on a ******* freeze. immediately called the gym on 8/5 and spoke with manager *****, who acknowledged the error and said I was not the only one this happened to and their was a system error with the previous PT training I had and assured me a refund would be processed. On 8/7 I received what I assumed was the refund from the gym in my account. 8/16 contacted the gym again to inform them that I wished to cancel everything. I was charged $34.34 to settle my outstanding balance and was assured that my account was current with no balance.However, despite the previous refund, the $544charge was withdrawn from my account again on 9/24. ******* has informed me that the charge was initiated by the gym. This charge is neither authorized nor valid, as my account was frozen and I never agreed to such an amount to be taken at once.I have made several attempts to resolve this matter by calling the gym, most recently on 9/24/14 when I spoke with ***. Despite his assurances that my messages were passed along to management, I have not received any response. I also tried emailing company and told there is only address for complaints. I believe this lack of communication and failure to address the issue is both unprofessional and unacceptable.a creditor for gym recently contacted me stating I owe $242for the last month of non-attendance. I was willing to work with the creditor and make payments monthly regarding this, but no where the 544.I am formally requesting the immediate refund of the )544which I was promised on 8/5. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, and I trust the BBB will assist in ensuring a swift and fair resolution

      I joined crunch on the 3rd Oct 2023 and I cancelled within 24 hrs on the 4th of October 2023 (see attached email). When they continued to send correspondence, I called the club and was told I needed to go in with my emails showing the cancellation as it would only be accepted in person. I went in and was told the manager Victoria Marshall was not in the club but she would deal with the matter and I would hear back from her. Victoria sent emails promising that she would resolve the matter and then in Nov, she emailed me to say she was moving to another club, but the new manager copied in the email would resolve this case. I assumed that was it until June 2024, when I noticed that I was still being charged the monthly fee. I contacted the club and spoke to the manager Hunter in June. He told me to send all my bank statement proving that i had been charged, so I wasted my time doing all that and he promised to resolve it. when I got charged again in July, I called Hunter again and he promised to resolve the matter. Then I got charged again in August 2024 and this time Christopher promised to resolve the matter. Now when I call, Hunter and Christopher, say they are not available, I am asked to leave a message and they do NOT return my call. I did speak to my bank and they say I will have to pay $35 to ensure they cannot take any more money, but why should I have to spend more money on this matter?

      They need to refund the $283.67 paid to date and pay compensation for all the time I have wasted calling Crunch, Lakewood ranch. On thursday the 8th of August, I was left on HOLD for FORTY MINUTES as I knew that if I left a message no one would call back. In all this time NO ONE has ever returned my call, I have done all the chasing, so I deserve compensation for that.

      My credit card ending in ****** has been used by your crunch organization located ***************************************************************************** in a fraudulent manner. My membership has been billed on the 28th of each month in a proper manner for $10.69 but has been billed in a fraudulent manner on the 27th of each month in the amount of $28.74. Someone within your organization utilized my credit card to pay another members fees. I do not know the member nor have I ever approved charges to anyone outside of my membership. I have tried to address this manner in a professional manner along with providing adequate time to rectify. Early today I received a reply from your club manager stating that your CEO wanted payment from the member I have no relationship with prior to crediting my account. As a business own this is 100% unacceptable. I respectfully request an immediate credit to my card

      I have asked this gym multiple times to cancel my membership. I have personally drove to the location which is an hour away from my new home to cancel membership. I signed their digital documents when I went there. This was about 2,3 months ago. Before this I had been up there since I moved which has been over a year and I'm still being charged until this day. I'm not sure what the problem is with processing my request. It's very difficult to keep driving up there because they don't do cancelation over the phone.
