I enrolled into crunch three years ago. I went in and submitted a cancel as I was headed to the Middle East. Two years later I found out they were still running my card and that I had an 86.00 past due. Spoke to Ryan Jan 2024, who stated he stopped the payments and would get that 86.00 reversed. That charge was then sent to a credit bureau now in 12/2024. I never stepped foot to ever workout there. Now I found out they were still charging my acct again. After speaking to Dominic he stated I had to pay the 86.00 in order to cxl and didn’t care about the over billing. This facility is a scam as well as the general manager Dominic.

I was a member of Crunch Fitness on SR 64 in Florida for almost a year. In April of 2024 I was diagnosed with a cardiac condition and was told not to exercise until they figured out what caused the condition. In June 2024 I tried to cancel my membership and they would not until I paid the monthly fee and quarterly fee And got a note from the MD. When this was done, they told me that they were working on getting a refund for about 30 classes that I had paid for but was unable to take. I have been told that they are working on getting me the refund since June. No one of any authority calls me back or tries any other correspondence regarding this issue. I have disputed on my American Express bill since they charged me for personal training in June. The response that Crunch gave American Express was fraudulent and they told me that I had to pay. Do not go to Crunch Fitness!

My credit card ending in ****** has been used by your crunch organization located ***************************************************************************** in a fraudulent manner. My membership has been billed on the 28th of each month in a proper manner for $10.69 but has been billed in a fraudulent manner on the 27th of each month. Someone within your organization utilized my credit card to pay another members fees. I do not know the member nor have I ever approved charges to anyone outside of my membership. I have tried to address this in a professional manner along with providing adequate time to rectify. Early today I received a reply from your club manager stating that your CEO wants to receive payment from the member I have no relationship with prior to giving me a credit. As a business own this is 100% unacceptable. I respectfully request an immediate credit to my card. If I could give a zero I would.

Negative stars. I signed up with the Crunch Fitness on 64 while I waited for the ******* location to open. I signed up for personal training sessions 3 times a week on April 11, and I had 1 session to date for which they have now taken over $1200 out of my account. First problem, I asked for Monday, Wednesday, Friday evening sessions and they signed me up with a gal who does Friday, Saturday, Sunday only... which was fine and I was going to just do it until I moved locations. Going back to only have 1 session, it started with my trainer saying she was going out of town for the weekend, then it was family was sick and she had to go back out of town. Said she would get with her manager to have me assigned to someone else. Never happened. Left messages for managers, never called me back. I finally drove up there and spoke to **** and she said they would not refund my money because it was a service I signed a contract for. Services they did not and could not provide. Their loophole is your sessions/hours carry over so even though you sign up for 3x a week, if they can get you in once a month they don't care. I have now disputed with my credit card company.

I purchased a membership and was charged full price for initiation, annual fee and first months payment, 9 days they had a special to join for 5 cents with no initiation and annual fee. I asked them if they would honor that since I just joined. They refused. Any honorable business would honor that if it was in 14 days of purchase. So I asked to cancel. They refused to cancel my account while I was there until I paid $109 more for the 3 months under contract (apparently fine print). In addition, their gym is always packed where you often have to wait for equipment (am/afternoon/pm....doesn't matter). Deceptive business practices.

I had a horrible conversation with 2 members of management at Crunch LWR. Long story short, after I purchased a personal training package, I received an email offering 20% off all packages. I replied to the email asking if they could adjust the package I just purchased or extend the amount of sessions to cover the 20%. No response. 10 days later, I received a 2nd email from the gym offering the same discount. Replied again. No response. Finally, today, I was able to speak to a "Regional Manager" who basically said they didn't have the capabilities in their systems to make any adjustments. I then asked to have sessions added on. They then advised they were not willing to do that. They also indicated that I am not the first person who's had this issue - so clearly, it's an issue that needs to be corrected on their end. To top it off, the person that sent the email (or it was sent on his behalf) just stood there completely uninterested in what was going on and made no apologies for not responding to my replies. I was also told, multiple times, that I was just 1 in 10,000 members to manage (in other words, they could care less about me as a customer).
