      My family of 5 which included 3 kids under the age of 10 visited the O town west in Lake Buena visit FL, location on 8/13 and 8/14. Let me just express the GREAT service that Kirsten, Brittney,Carlos and Matt provided during our visit on 8/13. HOWEVER our return visit on 8/14 was very traumatic to everyone in my party. All of this was caused by your server ROBYN. She's racist, prejudice and have a big ego. She purposely put in our small breakfast orders late. She gave us half cups of kids size apple juice and argued with us that she was adhering to traiing and first watch guideline. Thank God brittney (teamlead) came over to Clarify everything and even agreed that ROBYN should never mention corporate and the amount she gave my kids WAS actually under the limit and she had more than enough room to add more juice to either meet corporate guidelines or just satisfy the customers. ALSO, we waited 45 mins for our food. It was a bit busy buy they was transiting from breakfast to brunch and there was adult partties to the left and right of my table that ROBYN also severed that sat after us, ate before us and left before us. . She loves going back and forth with words with my family she enjoyed that she knew she wasn't giving us out fully experience up until I told her I was down with her and not to serve us and I needed a supv. Then she played victim. ROBYN do not need to represent FIRST WATCH at all she has no knowledge of diversity and I've been to several first watch and this was my first discriminating experience. Thankfully Kirsten and briitney came to clean up ROBYN fifty mess. Oh and I ordered a half waffle for my grandson and all we got was the waffle then it took 20 mins for the sausage to come, but after adding some fire 2 different servers Come with the sauages all adding up to 7 sausages. Wow you can see ROBYN eagerness NOT to serve us like it was "below her" to serve us. I know she done this before, and got away. Pls first watch stop people like ROBYN
