  Would not give this company even a star. Signed a contract paid 500 deposit, 4 -5 month scheduling wait wanted to pay in full so I knew it would be taken care. Was to hear back the following week from sales rep to take payment. Never heard back from him, was contacted by 3 customer service reps last one informing me 2-3 months past and contractors would assess price when they stated the job, & if I did not agree the price; leave and leave the materials. Told CSR wanted to talk to management service dept manager and CSR have a thing going on because they canceled my Oder. Cancelled my order for wanting a date & pay in full cancels a customers order. Flabbergasted I never called them except initial call, signed my contract paid the deposit set time for call back so I could pay in full worst case scenario. Talked like that by CSR cancels my order refunds my money & will not let me speak w management. Bad business rumours heard now verified. Take your time, money & patience to a business that appreciates paying, patient, no hounding & honest customers who want to pay ahead & over for worst case scenario.
  Lifting my jaw up off the floor this is so unbelievable I’m posting it on every social media, rv magazines ,retail shops picket their front door.

  As with the over 10,000 plus customers that RV Armor has served already, we continue operate and strive for professionalism and excellence. Unfortunately, most of the claims being made here are just not accurate. We have multiple pages of notes from this customer, and 7 calls that are all logged into our system. Doing business is a two-way street, and after multiple attempts on our part to try to get on the same page, we decided it was best to cancel this particular customer. 

  There are many reasons why we cancelled this particular job, however, we will not get into details about it on this or any open platform. We cancelled the job and refunded her $500 deposit. RV Armor does not have any of this clients' funds, she has been made whole. This customer made their deposit on April 28th, and we cancelled the contract on June 1st, just over a month in.

  Attacking RV Armor and making misleading statements is not professional. Slandering someone's business through social media, etc., is also not professional.

  Sometimes both parties are well intentioned but not well suited to do business with each other.  We wish her nothing but the best, and certainly hope she finds the right fit to get her roof done.
