    Raydon Window installed a sliding glass door. It was poorly installed - the track is not level, when closing the door it bangs into the rail and becomes hard to close. I had Raydon out one time after to repair and they told me it was fine, but it is still broken. I would not recommend this company to install any sliding glass doors, they surely are not capable. However the installation of the windows throughout were fine. I called them repeatedly and each time I was told by the receptionist that Ray was out of the office and that either she or he would give me a call back to follow up. This has been going on now for a year and a half and I still have an un-repaired sliding door. The 1 star was only for the windows installed - the un-repaired sliding glass door and customer service (being ignored and lied to) is deserving of no stars.

    DO NOT do business with this company. I purchased a door 27 days ago. After 2 weeks I drove back to business asking for door. Excuses they took no responsibility reordered I hear nothing. Drive back ask about door. I made my mind up I wanted money back and bought door elsewhere. I was told to bad they could not help me. I have visited 4 times. Im not being treated as rudely as employee treated me She called me an *** when I advised her I could see I was wasting my time and energy and was filling a complaint with BBB.

    Yes the door was purchased 27 days ago and she asked for a refunded and I told her that I would need to get permission from the owner. I never called her that when she said she was filing a compmaint. She was very aggressive towards me when I told her I needed to get permission to do a refund. The supervisor called and spoke with her husband and was given the refund for the deposit that was made for the door.

    Today they came out to install however THE HINGES WERE ON WRONG SIDE! My husband gave the owner on second visit a drawing so this mistake would not happen. I again requested a refund.
