      Back in 2024 I had a subscription which I cancelled. In 2025, all I wanted to do was check my test results from back in 2024. All of a sudden Cerebrum reactivates the subscription and starts charging me $20 every week. I did NOT ask to reactivate the subscription. I did NOT authorize Cerebrum to start charging me for a active subscription. I JUST WANTED TO VIEW MY TEST RESULTS FROM 2024 FOR WHICH I DID HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION AT THAT TIME. I sent an email to Cerebrum stating that i DON'T want a subscription, to CANCEL the subscription, and STOP charging me and REFUND what they DID charge me. My subscription was CANCELLED in 2024. NO ONE authorized Cerebrum to reactivate the cancelled subscription!

      Cerebrum IQ failed to provide appropriate notice of a subscription beginning upon my completion of a simple $0.99 IQ test online. My card was charged a subscription fee of $14.99. This business is also deliberately using poorly learning ** technology and disguising it as a human support agent. I was asked to use the chatbot to connect to an agent. When prompted to connect me to an agent: The chatbot only repeated to use the chatbot to connect to an agent or email the support team for further help. Upon emailing my request to the support team, I received 4 automated emails in a row stating my case had been reviewed. Clearly, nor the tech or the humans at Cerebrum IQ reviewed my refund request in a matter of less than 60 seconds. ChatGPT, Gemini, and other **s all take a few moments to create a response. The ** being used at Cerebrum is maliciously deceptive.

      A couple of quick things to consider:

      1. Could you please double-check the email address you provided for any typos? Sometimes a small mistake can make a big ***********************
      2. If you're certain the email is correct, then good news - you don't have any active subscriptions at the moment, which means you won't be charged going ********************

      It's possible that a previous payment attempt might not have gone through successfully, which could explain why there's no active subscription on your account right now.

      The great part is, you don't need to take any further action at this point. However, if you have any questions or if there's anything else you need assistance with, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always here to help!

      CerebrumIQ has already canceled my anccount and processed a refund to me. This is likely why they cant locate an active account with my email address today. I am satisfied with their refund to me, but their response here lacks some additional research.

      I purchased results for a 0.99 quiz I took with their website. I never received these results. I was then charged $14.99 on 3 separate occasions without my awareness. I never received any services from this company. I reached out to them, and they refunded only 1 payment of $14.99. When I responded requesting the remainder of the refund, they never got back to me.

      I signed up for an introductory offer and paid for a test. The payment was successful however they did not provide the report and i was unable to login to my account. They then requested second payment ( for the same report) and claim to provide 24 support but it is a bot that does not solve any issues. They now have my bank account information and I am afraid they will charge me weekly fees for services not provided.

      This company promised me an IQ result after I took a test and paid a .99 cent fee with no other obligation noted. I never received an IQ report and they have now been charging me $9.99 a week for nothing. I have cancelled the membership several times with no result, they are still charging me. I have been working closely with my bank on this to resolve the issue and stop payment. This company has false advertising and takes your money. They also do not assist you in cancelling.

      This company keeps charging my bank card for fraudulent charges. I paid 1 time for a result on this dumb iq test and they hjave been charging my card $20 every two weeks ever since, I have tried multiple time to contact this company to get them to refund the fraudlulent charges which always go unanswered or they just keep emailing me back saying they are assigning me to a different agent that just also goes unanswered while they continue to charge my card every two weeks!! I want my money back and this company needs to be penalized!! This company is nothing but a scam and needs to be shut down!!

      On 25 January I was silly enough to use a Web Based IQ Test provided by ******** who are also trade **************************. Upon completing the test there was a notification that the fee will be USD 99 cents which I had no issue with. I paid for the test using Apple Pay. Almost immediately after that I was charged AUD48.99 for a subscription. Note the subscription charges wording are deliberately hidden in their terms and conditions. For the first charge I was not concerned (my faut for using the site) however I have had further payments taken from my credit card being 15 Feb 2025 AUD$48.99 and 1 March 2025 AUD$48.99. While they can state that there is a subscription, there is no subscription service provided or so-called account set up, which in my opinion is still fraud.I contacted my bank and cancelled the card only to find that ***** Pay still lets the transactions go through, while this is a different issue for me it is not subject to this complaint. I started to try and cancel the so called subscription using the sites support bot. The support bot is useless and simply takes you in circles. I have tried to contact ******** many times with no response as below:2nd March 2025 9.45am AEST first email sent to *************** no response 3rd March 2025 7.16am AEST second email sent to 'Support Team from MyIQ' - no response.3rd March 2025 *****pm AEST third emails sent 'Support Team from MyIQ' - no response.4th March 2025 8.08am AEST fourth email sent to ************************************** no response 4th March 2025 posted a bad review on Trust Pilot.5 March 2025 5.06pm AEST received an emails from *********************** asking for more information which was promptly sent no response 6 March 2025 5:34pm AEST I sent a follow up seeking an update no response.10 March 2025 I place another review on trustpilot ad received the same boilerplate response the next day

      I authorized a 99 cent one time charge via ******. This company just charged me a subscription fee of ***** that I did not authorize. I tried emailing the company, but they refused to help.

      I have been charged $14.99 a week by this company for months and their customer support will not respond to my inquires. I never signed up to this sight and would not have. I don't know how they got my ****** info as i never agreed to be billed.
