1 starI purchased Bio-Lyfe ACV Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies approximately 1 month ago. I received a second shipment in the mail and my card was charged I signed up for one time purchase. When notuced a charge on my account of $199.98 i called customer service they said it's in the fine print of terms that you agree to receive monthly. So i asked since the product had not been shipped to cancel and refund me my money. They stated they canceled my subscription but that it was too late order had been processed and that i will need to call us when i received the product to get instructions on returning the product and receive a refund. I called once i received The product dis not open it and sent back asap. I was told it will take a 1-2 weeks to process my refund. I then called back after checking my tracking number that it had been delivered to them days ago and asked where my refund was. They said we have to process and inspect the product which will take 2-3 weeks before we can get your refund started. Along with oh by the way are you aware we charge a $5 restocking fee per bottle....I said I didn't open the package why are you charging me not only return shipping fee and now $25 for you to restock the item. I asked to speak to a supervisor they said that's the process and you will be reimbursed now $174.98 along with the $30.00 i paid to return the product. This product and company are scamming people out of money and not reimbursing them the full amount they are charged.Review fromDonna D

1 starI ordered the ACV Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies several months ago. My order number was (**********). The payment came out of my account 09/02/22. I received a second shipment the end of September & the payment came out of my account on 09/30/22. I did not realize I would receive another shipment so soon. At that time I canceled any future shipments. I just received another shipment and the payment of $199.98 came out of my account on 12/18/22. I do not want to receive any more ACV Gummies and I want to know how to get my money back for this last shipment and how do I return this shipment since there wasn't a packing slip in the package.Review fromAmanda D

1 starThey are scam artists. We have been charged $199.98 for 12 months! Each time, we would not open them after the first month. And would mark "return to sender", "refused", and "cancel service". Each month they were sent to us. After calling customer service SEVERAL times and were told it would be cancelled. Supposedly one of the representatives (if that is what you want to call them) **** was going to issue credit. It took closing down our debit card, before the charges finally stopped. When we initially signed up for the first bag. The companies name was Biolife. And then became Keto GT. Either way, I would like a copy of this TERMS AGREEMENT. It is obvious, each person that has filed with the Better Business Bureau, gets the same response. Basically 30 days or bust! If your customers aren't happy. Make it right. Especially when THIS CUSTOMER SENT THEM ALL BACK UNOPENED. Which, they are probably just ripping someone else off with the $199.98 pills, that we returned. 1 starI really wish I could leave 0 stars. The most I professional company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order with BioLyfe in September over the phone for the Keto+ACV Gummies. I made it clear I only wanted a one month supply and not to be put on auto ship. I ordered 1 bottle and was offered one for free. I received a total of 5 bottles and noticed on my credit card I was charged for more than one bottle. I realized that they charged me for 4 bottles to get the fifth for free. They told me there was nothing they could do to refund me. In December I noticed two more charges from them and realized they were charging me for items I never approved and never received. When I called they refused to refund me or take any responsibility. Since then I have canceled my card. Each charge was $199.98 and there were 2 more charges. The first charge I was not happy with because it was more than I was expecting to pay but I was willing to pay that and move on. But now they are continuing to make unapproved charges. This is completely unethical and upsetting. I would like a refund for the other 2 charges of $199.98 for a total of $399.96. It wont be able to go back to my card since its been canceled. When I called them to get a refund they told me the best they can do is offer me 50% off of a future order. Why would I want that when I am clearly trying to stop the charges? They seem to only care about making money and scamming people. I have tried to dispute with my credit card company and they told me the only thing I can do is contact the merchant. The merchant has also never sent a receipt with the original order and I ever received an email confirmation on the order or delivery. 1 starAs with other customer reviews, I have had funds taken out from my bank account without my approval. I had no idea this was recurrent. I resolved to dispute the amount for the second month, and a refund was issued to my account. I have tried to cancel by calling the phone number but no one is manning the number. There are no calls back although my messages have been left. I had no recourse but the deactivate my bank account which was a major inconvenience. I received product again this week after deactivation and will be forced to return to Lyfe Time Shipping in Brandon Fl. I was never given an order number. 1 starI ordered the one month plan, was charged 199.99 for a plan I did not order. Called immediately the next day. They said they could not refund the money even though it was less that 10 hours from order time and nothing was shipped out. They said I needed to wait for the shipment to arrive which takes 5-7 days and then when it arrived I should call the number back to arrange a shipping label to send it back to the company. When I called the number was a no answer number. All ads were pulled and I have no way of contacting the company to follow through with this transaction. I want my money back!Review fromAnnette M

1 starI spoke to a customer service agent this morning and she gave me the return instructions on a shipment that I received yesterday that I did not want because once I realized that they triple charged me for my order I immediately canceled it but she said I could not cancel the order until I receive it in the mail and then I would have to call them back to receive a return authorization which I did this morning. The return address you gave me was a PO Box number 6331, Brandon, Florida 33508. My carrier service that I use is UPS and they do not deliver to PO boxes. I received a tracking notification from UPS stating that they are now delivering to an address in Jacksonville Florida as an alternate. Can somebody please provide me the return address that is not a PO Box number. Otherwise my return is going to a Jacksonville Florida address that UPS located as an alternate address to that PO Box number. I really hope this does not turn into a huge hassle as all I am looking for is my full refund on the order that I never even opened upon receiving the package.Review fromJackie o

1 starThis company seems to be a scam. I placed an order for 5 bottles of gummies. Exactly 1 month later I was billed for another order (5 bottles). The rep tried to tell me I ask for auto refill. 1 starI am another victim of this scam company. I placed a one-time order and I just received an order I do not want. I have contacted my attorney general’s office to report this consumer fraud. I do not want any more products. My “account” must be cancelled. With the BBB F RATING and the huge number of customer complaints, I don’t know why this fraud continues. ****** ******* So.
