1 starP. Black I went on this sight for apple cider gummies and saw an ad for a few bottles for $59. Put my credit info in and it said it did not go through. Low and behold the next morning I received an email stating that my order was confirmed for $199.99. I immediately called their customer service and went back and forth with the representative trying to cancel the order. Of course she told me I couldn’t. This was on August 29, 2022. The order was placed o August 29, 2022. She informed me I could not cancel it. I told her whatever they send me, I will return. I contacted my bank to claim a charge dispute. I saw in a review response that you have 30 days to cancel; so why can’t I cancel? I received my first shipment today and will return it tomorrow September 7, 2022 through the post office. I was placed on monthly reorder. I did not agree to it. I received another shipment and was charged for it against my debit card. I called the business and they told me I would have to get a return authorization and that I would receive a partial refund. This is a scam. I have canceled my debit card so that I won't be charged anymore. I am terribly upset. I have since reviewed reports and I am shocked by the number of complaints. They know how to trick people!Keto GT

They would get no stars!! But beings i had to pick one that's all they get!! I was under the impression it was buy one bottle get the second free. Well I received my order. It was 2 bottles of detox and 2 bottles of apple cider vinegar, was 30 and the second supposed to be free they charged me $60. The other two bottles, I did not order was $119.99. I was so upset I called them and told them I'm a single mom and I would NEVER buy something for $119. I told them I was sending them back. She gave me the wrong address to send it back. I repeated everything she said!!! But she lied. Please could u help me get my money back??? I'm a single mom and I thought let me splurge $30 for a bottle. They know they were wrong!!! To clarify, all orders that are placed online are consumer-initiated. We received an order from you on 07/19/22. There is no way for us to place an order for you. You have to enter your credit card information on the checkout page and hit the submit my order button. Without you doing this, no order would be placed. We have no way of knowing your credit card information, nor can we go to your checkout page and force the order through.
As a one-time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a refund of $259.99 as requested. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect in your account.

I thought (like hundreds of others) I was placing a ONE TIME order. The product is ineffective, and there are still many, many pills left from the initial order. I just received ANOTHER huge batch and I did not authorize this shipment. Very deceitful in their business practices of not enclosing any type of shipping information, any company information, any customer I information, or any account information. This company is using fraud to survive. Why has the government not shut it down? I will be contacting my attorney and contacting all the other duped customers of Keto GT to file a class action lawsuit.Keto GT

I appreciate this company's full refund of $199, and I am content with this resolution. However, I still believe the company's "small print" reasoning in justifying its obviously unethical billing practices should be recognized by a reputable law firm and a class action lawsuit should be initiated on behalf of the thousands of consumers who try their products in good faith only to be shocked by increased pricing and continuous shipping of unwanted products.
A special thank you to Clearwater Better Business Bureau in providing a dependable method of complaint and resolution. This is especially important when dealing with a company such as KetoStart whose concerted, conscious effort to make themselves "invisible" to consumers by providing no viable channel of communication makes it fairly impossible, and always ineffective for customers to stop the company's deceitful practices.Diane H

Ordered to bottles of Keto start ACV, was auto billed for the additional e-book that I did not ask for. and have since been shipped 3 more bottles of ACV. No shipping slip included.
