Hello there,
I was able to locate your communication with our support team. I see that after your order was completed you emailed in to let us know it was a mistake. We then see that you had not only mistakenly made the order but you also logged in and downloaded the barcode files using your email before requesting a refund. We let you know that it is against policy to offer a refund after a customer has completed the download. Especially without experiencing a single issue with the barcode numbers. We see that you have gone in and downloaded additional files since then. We have a strict refund policy in place to uphold the integrity of our database. The product is digital, once it is downloaded there is no way for us to safely add it back into our system. This is why we do not allow any number back into our system once it has been sold. This was explained in email by our support team as well.

The codes I purchased were stolen and used before they sold them to me. Do not use this company, they use previous used codes for products and DO NOT work for Amazon Brand Registry products. Fraudulent advertising and practices. No accountability, and when I asked for a refund, they wouldnt tell me where they sent the refund STAY AWAY!!!!Bar Codes Talk, LLC

I purchased 500 UPC's from this company and none of them works on Amazon. I keep getting error code # **** I correct UPC numbers.I contacted support, and they advised my to use four different parameters for Brand Name, which I did, but I'm getting the same error code from AmazonBar Codes Talk, LLC

I've looked into the situation and see that for some of the terms you did not receive any error, and for others you simply needed to white list your brand on Amazon. This is great news for you as it means that the barcode numbers are not causing any issues. The brand field on Amazon can be tricky, you must use a unique brand or you'll likely encounter an error.
